Title: MtGox Sepa Wire Deposit not credited after 12 Days Post by: BardanDoyle on May 24, 2013, 11:49:55 AM Hello,
As title say i have sent a 500+ euro sepa bank wire deposit to the mtgox polish bank account 12 days ago, but still not accounted. My mtgox account is verified. I have contacted the support the first time 9 days ago, they requested me transaction info, screenshot of the transaction ecc, but nothing solved and now is 4 days that my support request is unanswered. The last reply from the support is a simple "thank for the information submitted, we will locate your funds as soon as possible", but is 4 damned days ago. I'm asking for suggestions on what to do in this situation, that is becoming more and more uncomfortable to me as the day passes. What error in settings are you talking about ? is a sepa bank wire.
