I guess I am too late to the train but I made a small purchase of a fraction of bitcoin lol. I am not rich by any means. Hope this is a good decision lol Wish me luck. Where do you think BTC will be in next 2-4 years?

That would be a great decision. Don't worry about the dumps that is currenctly happening. Maybe it is because of the hardfork that will happen in the month of November. As far as I remember, the same thing happened in the recent fork last month of August but after the hardfork, the price of Bitcoin went skyrocket that it reached the 4000$ mark in just a matter of time. Hoping that after the hardfork in November, it will again increase.

Now prices have fallen to a minimum and you can buy bitcoins. It's certainly not the price will be 300-400 dollars, but now is a good opportunity. Lower prices will not be. No need to regret what happened. Learn from your mistakes and then it will not be a loss. It will pay for the experience.

You made a right choice. Some people are not comfortable of buying a fraction of Bitcoin, until it end up on buying a very small part just to ride the crypto wagon. Just relax, come back after a year. You should see more than 2 to 3x profit.

Although you only buy it a little bit but it will make you a good profit in the next few years, because bitcoin prices have the character to continue moving upwards.

Good luck first, for bitcoin I expect to reach 10k dollars before 2020 or 2019. Why those years? Easy, block halving year is 2020 on the way. Remember what happened after 2016's block halving and you'll see the answer.

I think that's better later than never. It's not too late to buy bitcoins and it's nothing wrong to buy fraction of btc. Everyone have to buy not more than he afford to do that. And I'm sure that huge bitcoin pirential is still ahead us. Look, some experts predict that bitcoin soon can reach$8000 and even $10000. So, even fraction of btc after few tears can give you huge dividends.

it feels a little late for you because new buy bitcoin but it's a good start because you buy when the price is slightly down. but you do not need to panic when the price is too low because it is common, you just wait for the high price

I believe that it is not too late. We are still on the first few years of Bitcoin (less than 10 years) and Bitcoin has a very long way to go. Bitcoin is not an instant way to be rich, not now at least. You buying some Bitcoin, regardless of how much it is, is a very wise decision. Though you felt that you were a bit late, you cannot do anything now but to catch up.

In the next few years we'll see the price keep rising and adoption keep growing, up to the point where it is truly mainstream - then it'll be too late to buy as an investment, and people will buy it to use as a currency only.

Well in my opinions you are no too late for purchase the bitcoins and hold them for long time investment because however bitcoins still not be used by all of the people around the world, so bitcoin's price is still cheap right now you can imagine if bitcoins be adopted by users of internet around the world, bitcoin's price will be more expensive than now, i think bitcoin's price will be $200.000/BTC in 2 up to 4 year later because many people who have made prediction like that.

Judging from the time you posted, you seemed to have intentionally or luckily entered at a significant dip in the markets :) due to the China ICO suspension. So you are in good standing, just continue dollar cost averaging in during dips and crashes and you'll be fine. Enjoy the time in the forum as well!

I just recently started my bitcoin campaign and so far i like how I earn something little by little.
That's an achievement - eventually btc price will increase in the next coming years.

I think it all starts from a small and slowly collected land will gradually be a lot too, I think not too late to buy bitcoin for 2 to 4 years will benefit from the purchase today.  ;D

I'm on the same boat. I could have put money in years ago but the fearmongers got to me. Thinking about the money I could have earned kind of makes me sad, but it does look like Bitcoin still has a lot of room for growth. So better late than never, right? No one is late when it comes to Bitcoin. And like many said to you, you made a good decision buying it. It's now up to you wether you want it to invest altcoins or do some tradings. Actually many are projecting that Bitcoin will even sky rocket end of this year. And there will be another hard fork that will happen this coming month of November, another month to buy good BTC.
Anyway, is it safe to keep BTC on trading platform like Bittrex and Poloniex?

I appreciate that investment but I don't agree with your statement that it's too late to buy Bitcoin because I believe that we are still in the early phase of development and as a technology, we have a very long way to go.

In next 2 to 5 years, I think Bitcoin could hit $50,000 realistically considering the growth rate of user base and merchants. We are heading in a direction of offline market environment which would allow us to use our Bitcoins without converting it into the fiat currencies.

 Nope ! You're not yet too late, you've already made a right decision bro! If you have a little more you can add up to its more good. After a 2 years maybe 3 or so on, see how your money grows and you can realize that you have already made the right decision.

From my opinion it is never to late to invest in Bitcoin. You made a very good decision and it is at a good moment. The founder of McAfee antivirus said that bitcoin will reach 500.000$ in a few years and I have no doubt it is going to happen. If you invest 10$ every month I think you can me rich at seniority.

It's not too late yet, if you see the price now Bitcoin still dropping, and maybe can drop again in the next few days again, so now it's great to buy and stock some Bitcoin, if not able to buy whole coin, fraction is also great and if you hold it for a long term you will gained more profit

It is not too late to invest bitcoin even if it very expensive to purchase now because the most important is the value that you will gain after that series of increases from the last value in which your bitcoin is just purchased. Lets say the bitcoin value for now is at $3,600 before this year will end it is very possible it will become $5,000 so you well gained from that gap and more. After 5 years the speculations value was $ 15,000 so you will so much gaining in hoarding alone how bout more if you trade it? There is no time frame for investment it is your will to invest is the most important.

I think that's a pretty good step at least late that's better than nothing and to buy bitcoin you also need to pay attention to the price. nobody knows in the future later but according to many people as demand on bitcoin is getting more and supply does not increase so bitcoin price will rise even higher.

The Chinese government just banned ICO's to protect their own local currency and the market reacted to this by dumping their coins. < early panic as usual > You might just have bought bitcoins at a bargain price. We anticipated that the price would reach $5000 by the end of this year.

I think we have entered a big bear market and if November Bitcoin crashes further, I see us back to to 2k USD or 2.5k USD and another 20-40 billion USD wiped off of our portfolios. I am currently thinking to sell off everything as soon as maybe there is a slight bull trap and then re enter the markets post November crash.

The price of bitcoin from 2-4 years is still unpredictable but we just have to be positive as the price of bitcoin gets in pump-dump situation all the time.

i think you are not too late because the price now is at low price so you make good decision to buy bitcoin. And if somehow the price is getting down,you can hold and don't sell,just waiting a moment because the price will recover and back to high.

There is not too late to buy bitcoin because we know and you can read in many sites that bitcoin will increase more high than the price before. Many of us still waiting a good moment when the price is moving up and reach new level price.

It is not too late on purchasing bitcoin, as long as you hold even if it is a small amount you can gain profit from that, always buy when the price of bitcoin is low and sell it when the bitcoin's price become higher and continue the process, by this little steps it can help you gain a pretty good range of profit.

you're doing great, if you do that right now which the bitcoin price are down about 20%. It's just like a discount time for bitcoin. You can see a volume in your favorite exchange, it shows that  along bitcoin falldown, the volumes are keep rising, it means that if its become cheaper, more and more people are buying it, because they know, that  bitcoin always comeback to the top, but there's no always a green wall for an investation. This time is a red time.

for me its not too late, its never been too late for everyone to buy bitcoin, look at its price, its now decreasing so i think its also a good time to buy bitcoin, and i believe that it will go back again to $5000 by the end of the year. its not possible.

I really dont think you have to wait a few more year for BTC to reach 10.000$. That is going to happen in 2018, if not in 2019 for sure. This year bitcoin went from 1000$ at the beginning of the year to 4000$ in september, still 2017 is not over. As all of use hope in 2018 his price will double

bitcoin is down a lot more than $200 but also how much it is down is not important but how many percentages is much more important and from top it is about 18% drop which is not big in any sense.
in any case we are in a dip, it may not be the absolute bottom of it but you can be sure that we are in it. and we all know that a dip is always a good choice to buy bitcoin in. you can wait until it is lower or wait until it is more stable before you buy if you are too scared but try not to miss all the chances.

Welcome to the bitcoin train dude. I can't predict how bitcoin will be in the next 2-4 years, bitcoin land is really unpredictable and many surprising thing. Like today, there is a news about China banned ico or maybe cryptocoin too and makes the bitcoin price dropped. So, just be ready and don't invest what you can't afford to lose.

Don't worry :)) It's never too late to join cryptocurrency world :)) You should know that the number of bitcoin in the whole world is limited so I think in next 4 years or even 10 years bitcoin price will keep increasing but maybe it'll not stay at the 1st place anymore :)) maybe at that time there will be some other coin better than bitcoin :))

I 2-3 years I see bitcoin as a currency that is used everywhere on the internet, but with still little to no real life application. I think the price might reach 10,000 then and I am holding for that.

You are never too late if you decide to invest in bitcoin, if you are going for long term investment then today or now is the right time to buy bitcoins because it is still cheap. There is still a possibility bitcoin will increase its value even 2-4 years from now so just hold on to those coins.

It's not too late. I try to buy small amounts with my spare money during the dips. My latest purchase was above the current price, but the previous ones were at about $3200 and below, so I have no reason to worry  :)

you should check the chart bitcoin is on its downfall so timing is perfect mate, if you are willing to hold for long term goal bitcoin is a good investment

Yes, just make a review of on how bitcoin price is behaving over the past few weeks and months and you can see that it generally goes up, it never goes down. The trend is its price will increase, if not really that much like what happened early this year, but the point is, it always tend to go up. That is what really matters, especially if you are the holding type, just hold on to your BTC and reap the rewards in the future to come.

Just imaging when market caps are just get 20x in size, which can happen easily as soon as the "traditional" investors are discovering this market. Just make sure, you are not having weak hands. We most probably will see more dumps/pumps. So just follow the advise of Bill Gates, forget about them and look in a couple of years back.

Because btc is not yet fully acknowledge by some countries there is really a high chance of massive profit that is if you could really wait 2 years for a long time profit. I may have been earlier but still i am not as luxurious as anyone. So i guess its not the issue on who was early but rather who is smarter to manage there funds.

I think it's not a good time to buy bitcoin because right now bitcoin price is increasing. It's better to wait before investing. You will just end up with lesser bitcoin if you will buy right now. I had a regret that I wasn't able to invest bitcoin when it was too cheap. Most of my bitcoin was from bounty that's why I don't have any regret if ever it goes up or down.

If ever the bitcoin price lowers try to buy again and do it again if you think if the bitcoin has a potential to lower its price in a certain interval of time and you could get a greater profit in the end if the bitcoin reaches more than $10,000.

Bitcoin is a ride that goes up and it won't stop and wait for anybody to join. You made a good call and in fact, you are not late and can still be considered as one of the early adopters. I can say this because roughly 16M+ bitcoin has been mined so far--still far from the market cap.

Trust me it's never too late start investing on bitcoin. You fraction of coins will still get you huge profits in the future. Can't predict what the price will be in 2-4 years, but as long as everything goes fine, the price will be more than you today.

You are not too late OP. According to most predictions the price is going to break $5000 this year and $10k next year. Personally I think they're too positive and trusting, but we would be stupid to ignore them. It's not some newbies that are writing these predictions, ut exchange owners and professional traders.
I think whenever you decide to buy it doesn't matter in the long run. You will eventually make money, the only question is how much and how long it will take.

Yeah, we need have many correction price of Bitcoin on the road growth of Bitcoin in future. Correction price of Bitcoin prove it is strongly and we do not need worry it breakdown soon. It also keep capital and volume trading reasonable, decrease speculative.

It can be late I'm not gonna lie but what you can do is trade bitcoins that is the most efficient way of increasing your total amount of bitcoins without buying anymore it has many risks involved but if you can spend time and learn how the price works you can make really good profits over time

It's never too late, believe me. I Said the same when bitcoin price was something like 200 dollars and you can imagine how I feel  now  after letting that opportunity  to buy  go oway. So don't make the same mistake as I did.

it is not late since we all know that bitcoin will still go on a higher price. we should check our history, before at 100 USD, it was also considered high at that time, since need to work for hours just to have 100 USD and buy a bitcoin, now it is around 4000 USD to 5000 USD, if you bought it before around 100 USD you already have more than 400% gain, and it took years for that to happen, right now if you buy it below 100k USD, it is considered cheap and you will certainly gain more than what you expect once it hits 100k USD. so it is not too late for you to buy bitcoin now, what you have to do is that you should have the guts to but one and try to make more bitcoins, you may need to try different ways like, joining signature campaigns in this forum, going to legitimate exchange sites, if you're a gambling person, try to gamble and try you luck. What I see is buying bitcoins will still be cheap up to now, however if the price of 1 bitcoin already costs you a house and lot, then it is already expensive or if the price would equivalent to a Lamborghini or a Ferrari, so there is still hope and you can still gain more from the bitcoin you've bought.

Yeah, we share the same experience. We have come a little later to this bitcoin thing and the price is already very expensive. I missed the days when the price is very cheap and every person can easily buy some BTC. Right now, we cannot easily buy. We have to shell out our savings just to buy a single BTC. But I know this will become even more expensive in the years to follow so this is still wise to invest right now.

Not too late mate, you're still in good shape. Do you have any plans on what you will do on that bitcoin you purchased? or you just want to forget it for 2-4 years and get back to it when the price is 6 digits already? I don't want to be exaggerated or give some unrealistic speculations on those years but possible that we will see it stable at $10,000.

Whatever amount that you have invested it doesn't matter, you have taken a big step which others have no guts to take and also in a few years the price of bitcoin will atleast double or maybe go triple.

At what price did you buy BTC? I think it would be a wise decision if you would hold your bitcoin for a long time. I think that bitcoin has a great future ahead of it. Actually you are a little too early. I assume you had your purchase at $4000 above while at the moment bitcoin price dropped at $3800. Anyway, if you are not going to need the money in the next 4 years, I will strongly suggest that you put that in poloniex (of course you must create an account), and then lend your bitcoin there. At least you would earn little by little.

By the way I guess 4 years from now, BTC would be at $10,000. Crossing my fingers, crossing my finger-toes too.

Obviously the capacity of your brain is around 256kb only, that's why you couldn't process how the entire investment in bitcoin works. It's never too late when it comes to btc. In fact you even have the right timing buying it at a lower price. And if you will be holding it for 2-4 years that's why you're asking where will btc be that time, then you'll be fine and expect to have a good profit from your investments. In 2-4 years btc will still be the king of cryptos and might have 5-digit value by that time so better hold your coins 'til then.

Yeah , you are right , When in the year 2013 i entered in this field then i found that already unlimited no. Of people entered in this field and here i am at last , so it will not be simple for me to make money .

In the last few day, bitcoin experience the drop of its price made possible by the alleged information about the China regulation to bitcoin on their country. So it means that the people who deals to used Bitcoin in terms of transaction drop resulting for Bitcoin price to also be affect on the such scenario. So it is a good time to buy bitcoin becasue if the price drop , it will also rises. Just consider dealing with investments and trading so you could earn more.

I think there is no word late for anything, including knowing or buying bitcoin, just relax, 2 to 3 years ahead of course more and more will know bitcoin, just be patient :)

There is no late until you do it. As long as you are eager to earn and you want to earn BTC you will earn it!. You did the right decision to invest now than not invest at all,  that's the important thing you gotta start somewhere to be able to earn. We have the same situation, I just invested on bitcoin this year and did not regret every single day about it because I earn BTC and that's the important thing. To see this year improvement in bitcoin price we can expect this in 2 to 4 years. The same way the price increase means 1 bitcoin price will cross $10k margin and yes those who are holding a couple of bitcoins they can buy whatever they want from this bitcoins. So my target is also same I want to collect at least 5 bitcoins with my hard work.

I will be buying some btc tomorrow, i need bitcoins so i can buy altcoins at this discounted rate, they are still cheap compared than the price of a few days, maybe most of the altcoins are -20% of last week all time high.
So i think it is fair.. It is never too late to buy bitcoins, so it is a perfect move.

Although I know that those people who invested in bitcoin in early stages are now millionaires besides those who have started to purchase too late.

The first investors got too little profit because of the price and the latter on investors earn more because of the high price.

Certainly not the price will be 300-400 dollars, but now is a good opportunity. Lower price will not be. Its not too late to buy more bitcoins at todays rate. Bitcoin has a long way to go and you will still get huge profit in the years to come. By the end of the year it is expected that bitcoin will hit 5000$ to 6000$ per coin. By next year it could hit 10000$ and you will double your capital. If i have more money I will buy more bitcoins.

Looking good for the upcoming hard fork. Everyone is going to want to buy into it now and get their free segwit1x coins. Seems like segwit2x will become the new Bitcoin(that mostly everyone uses).

Bitcoin is the cryptocurrency has the best potential at this time so I think it's never too late to join this world cause I think Bitcoin price will increase to 10k$ soon after the segwit on next month.
