The reverse is now another experimental attempt to find naive people here willing to blindly send bitcoins to him first. Really not that much of a difference. Roles reversed. But the sending first is the common denominator. So now he offers to pay for 0.4 bitcoins with Paypal. He probably hopes someone interested might agree to send the bitcoins first and wait for the PayPal payment to follow. Or he sends the Paypal payment first, then reverses or charges-back that very same payment when coins appear on his wallet. So many scenarios to keep in mind when trading with new members here offering PayPal. |
