When was this wallet created, and do you remember anything of the password like even few characters, length or such?
I can possibly to help you to recover your funds, however i cannot guarantee anything.
Please shoot me with some information that i can possibly use on the process, and i will try few crackers that i have found.

Kind Regards.

Edit: If you want to crack the password on your own, you will have to escrow the 25% for sure.

As far as I know, if you've lost your password or private key, there is no way to recover your wallet. And I think you can only decrypt the priv key with your password. Even if you had your Keystore file, you need your password. I don't suppose you have your mnemonic phrase? You could try entering that without your password.

You didn't happen to print your paper wallet when you created it? They prompt you to do one at myetherwallet and if you accept it prints a pdf for you. Your unencrypted private key will be there if you did.

highly optimized multi-threaded C++ program to perform the brute-force decryption. This service is designed right from the start to be a scalable solution - it runs on a cluster of high performance Linux boxes, hosted on the Amazon EC2 cloud. This enables us to scale up to nearly any number of computing cores. We have tested this with up to 100 8-core computers, but more can be brought online if required.

ok, which browser do you use? Do you deletes your history on regular basis?
Let me know these things first then we will discuss further what can be done.
