You know that the exchange itself is not open source, right? you are viewing the HTML, CSS part on the browser and that's it. The exchange agreed to send you the funds back from what I understood and this happened today, so why you are calling them a scam? you should at least a few hours so they could send you the money.

I just asked the question. I still can not identify the problem. But if they intend to want a refund. I think it solved very quickly. I waited more than 24 hours, and they will refund. I replied again. And they still have not got any reply for the next evening

I've received the refund money and I've been slowly transferred the money to somewhere else one by one. It seems like they're not fraud. It's just their processes are too slow So i thought this might be a fraud. If they really want their business to keep going good they need to improve this . Anyway I'm wrong to say it was a fraud . They've already refunded for me
Thank you

Good to hear that this is resolved.

Cryptonator might not be a scam, but i would like to point out that using XMR on cryptonator completely defeats the purpose of using Monero at all. Monero is supposed to be private and untraceable, but you're letting cryptonator know what you're doing this way.

Plus, your private keys are stored by them. That means that you have no say when they get hacked or when they decide to go scam. I would definitely recommend downloading the Monero GUI instead.

Cryptonator transferred my Ripple to their own wallet. They transferred the Ripple on saturday 28-12-17 from my address (the Ripple never appeared, I have sent multiple mails to the helpdesk without getting any answer) to theirs. Maybe they fixing problems with the ripple wallet. I have spoken some other people who have the same going on.  Hope they will reply my requests and fix the problems from the people who misses their money or funds.

I also started a topic about Cryptonator: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2628097.0

I have big problems with the Ethereum wallet on Cryptonator. I'll send 3,5 Ethereum to another Exchange. The transaction is still pending, and I did not received any TXID. The Ethereum wallet was offline for approx. 1 hour. But after it's back online my transaction is still pending, it seems not to be send to the blockchain. Are there more people with this problem? Is it fraud? Also a small transaction of ripple seems to be lost. I already contacted support. But till so far no response at all..

Same problem here, but for me with dogecoin on https://www.cryptonator.com.

I have purchased 22,488.53646900 dogecoins via litebit.eu and have transferred them directly to my cryptonator Wallet. Usually (about 10x before) this worked without any problems. Through such a problem you get to know the real side of a service provider.
Errors happen, but dealing with this problem is a disaster at Cryptonator. No response to support requests since December 24th except for the auto-generated response for ticket opening.
Not even a short answer with an apology for taking longer or something like that, nothing. An initial answer would have been enough for me to make me "feel better".
There's nothing you can do, just hope they're still coming forward and fix the problem.

Advice from me:
Lesson for me (again): First test such online services over several weeks (send only small sums of money/coins, send support requests and test how long answers take and whether they will come at all, etc.) and only then use them. I can only recommend this to everyone.
I'm about to switch to offline wallets at my home.

In the meantime, Cryptonator has posted a message after logging in:

"We are experiencing delays in processing ETH, XRP and DOGE transactions due to the serversoverload caused by the increased amount of new registrations and grown users activity. Hardware upgrade is scheduled on the coming weekend. We apologize for the inconvenience!"

Let's be surprised if we get the coins afterwards....

I had several different coins at Cryptonator, I found the Ideas to have good different coins in one place.
Have exchanged some coins, received and sent ... that worked many times.

Because I do not get any help here, I have deducted all coins and can only warn everyone against this website.

DO NOT go to Cryptonator, you will NOT get help with any problems and will lose your money!

I have been waiting for more than 50 days for my money !!
