You can hire an internet detective. AFAIK there is one here who can do the job and find information of a service or someone. The question is, are you willing to spend money for that. What lending company is that anyway? and how much did you loose? Don't trust easily on lending sites.

Basically it depends upon the details you have got about the target . For instance, if you have got target's ip and mac address then his device can be hacked. But if its a website then you can know from whois but its hard to find exact location. Hiring a  suitable persin can be good option.

There's a site called "the Internet police", a very good site. I used to have it on my phone but had mistakenly deleted it a couple of days ago. I would've sent you the direct link. You may want to google that and report the case to them. I think it works like the forexpeacearmy for the forex industry and they should do something for you.

I know a few reputable people on Hack Forum's who do detective work, I have never looked into it so I don't know the depth that they can go to for you, although I am sure it would be a useful source for you. Although you would need atleast a Username/Name to work off of for them to try and figure anything out about them I am sure.

One of the management team of a lending platform has run away or the entire lending platform has vanished? It is obvious you did not invest with the individual who ran away but the platform. So, the issue is the platform's internal matter, which should not bother you in the first place.
