Why wouldn't you just do it yourself in Poland. I would rather just pay like 20 dollars for an Anon PLN VISA to be honest.

An anon Visa with a yearly balance limit of 2500 EUR and a single transaction limit of 1000 EUR ? And if I must to load 10000 EUR in that account?  ??? 10 different cards, and I have just spent 200 dollars.

Instead of paying $250 couldn't anyone just go to Poland and open an account?

Pretty sure it cost more than $250 to go to poland unless you live right next-door.

So there is no bank in Poland that lets people open an account online. Because apparently it's worth $250 to open an account online.

So what are we exactly supposed to do? Go to any Polish bank and say you are opening an account for another person? Won't they ask for residency and you know, the passport of the owner of the account.

Does OP's $250 include registering you with a local address and bribing the bank officials to open an account for an outsider? Because that would explain the $250 price point.

This is why OP charges $250, you're not allowed to open an account in Poland unless you live there for 6 months and you're not allowed to open an account for someone else, he's found a way around the system, some clever paperwork can get around both of these. If you are unlucky though you can get AMLed by the bank and have your balance frozen until you submit documents to prove you have polish residency and all that.

The fees are too expensive though, but this is the only one I've seen that has e-banking which is awesome.

Then this all makes sense. He probably works as a simple teller for a bank and wants to make some cash. Although in that case I don't know why he wants you to give a real phone number, at this point he is already doing financial fraud so it's not like it can get any worse.

Also why do you have the worst rating ever?

I highly doubt he works at the bank. It's all paperwork, lots of people do these kind of accounts. Some people register them to fake people in Poland, some people register them to real people and steal the letters when they come from the bank, some people have managed to open accounts that have no person on file.

I have no idea what OP's method is but if he managed to get an account with e-banking and the whole phone call thing makes me feel like this is a good one to go for, apart from all the withdrawal fees.

Oh and my trust rating is bad because this account is controlled by a group of hackers who are extorting some members on the forum who fell for a scam.

To clear up some misconceptions:
1. There is no single bank offering online registration for foreigners
2. Foreigners can open an account by simply walking into the bank
3. The regulations are no different than in any other EU country
4. Will your tax office find out about the account? Depends how you use it
5. People be very careful who you give your informations to!!!

Social Security Number is an American invention so you don't need that in Europe. Unless you are an American maybe and some banks may decline to open an account for you due to US weird banking/AML/anti-terrorism/etc. laws. Rules may be different if you are from EU/EEA/EFTA, different if you are outside of these zones, and different if you are American.

I'm a scammer trying to stole your info
On HackBB (TOR, Hidden Wiki, HackBB, do you know?) 10 US SSNs (address, SSN and other info) costs 5 dollars......5 dollars. And you can find them yourself with Google, writing "Frank" "SSN" "DOB" ext:txt

And I don't even know how they use them, here in Europe there are different types of "fiscal codes", and there are sites where you can generate them with only name, surname, DOB, and place of birth.

So, if you live in Europe, why your profile lists your location as Miami?

I use a VPN for:

-bitcointalk
-my hosting (it's already anonymous, but more anonymity doesn't hurt)
-my email address

I use these precautions to ensure that the state doesn't take away from me what I built in months of study and work.

I'm waiting to withdraw a thousand of dollars from my bitstamp account to my IBAN (tomorrow I'll open the withdraw ticket), then I'll make a society. This is why OP charges $250, you're not allowed to open an account in Poland unless you live there for 6 months.

Can you back your statement of "living 6 months"? If you do a Google search it traces back exactly to your post.

The requirement to open a bank account for foreigners can be found by just googling. keyword I used is "Documents required to open a personal account in  poland" and the following is discovered on the FIRST PAGE of google search result, how hard can it be?

http://www.polishforums.com/business-economy-14/essential-information-opening-first-personal-bank-account-53874/
Quote
Millennium bank will agree to open an account for you but you have to give them an address in Poland. Raiffeisen also recommended.

that forum discussion specificly said you don't need a permanent address in Poland. Check it for details.

I think the only secrect OP possesses is about the names of the two banks, that's why he won't tell. Now you know which banks can do that for you (mind that the quoted information dates Sep 2011, hope someone is kind enough to verify that nowadays)

By the way, if I were you, I wouldn't waste an opportunity to experience the exotic Nordic countries. Do you only see money in your eyes? If you acquire a tourism VISA to europ - the easiest type to get, the longest period you can apply for is 3 months. If people believed your 6-month statement, which is exactly twice you can get and not found elserwhere on the Internet, they would think they cannot do that through a tour, and that they must use the service of the OP.

You can get an account with credit card and what not in 5min without citizenship and residency in most banks if you have EU residency.
It wont work online though, but all it requires is a drivers license and 5min in the bank.
