How to deal with your angry boss?  Always remember no matter what happen dont argue with your boss always be patience and calm.

FIRE  HIM in front of your co leagues and then resign :)
you dont need a boss .. you need to find a work with a leader to lead you and  let you learn things from him he will never be a boss to you
leader is what we need and not a boss because working is not a life of mess we are there to learn and earn

First talk to hin or her in private, then hand him you resignation letter, then walk out his or her office.

You can probably find a better job. But if you have to deal with someone that you can't escape, just buy a punching bag and unload your anger on it with some angry music.

All of us dont need a boss like that we need a boss or a leader that can help us to grow or help us to gain more knowledge .

You are right do not argue with the boss because they think they are always right even if we know they are really wrong. What I do with my angry boss I just follow what he says and dont talk too much because once i talked and object to his decision that would be a very long arguement remember that as a boss they do not accept unsolicited advice just follow what they say and thats the end of conversation.

For me to deal with angry boss all we need to do is explain our side specially when we are right and if he or she doesnt accept the explanation thats a different story. Whats important is we had clear and explain our side its up to the boss if he will believe it or not.

How to deal with the angry boss? You just need to change the job and that's all. Don't let the bastard to put you down. It is better to leave. Because if the bully boss does not allow you to be someone, you'll never be anything. It is better to lose the money than to lose your dignity.

yes i agree never shout in front on your boss. But if the boss is wrong you should talk to him/her and try to understand to him/her that he/she is wrong . no matter what happen try to understand the situation and your position.

And be sure to take over the company when he is gone. I mean, that's what Stalin and Hitler would have done.
