interesting.

Im pretty confident that the game could bring more people into the Bitcoin community and those people would gain a better understanding of how it all works from the very start. I will eventually have BTC giveaways too but only a few weeks after it is fully up and running (hopefully) to iron bugs out etc :)

looks interesting, I strongly suggest posting more info maybe making a video describing what you want to do or draw something up. It's difficult for people to invest in an idea alone.

You totally need to show something, possibly prototypes from this game itself, otherwise at least from former project of this team.

I am not upto that stage at the moment sorry, people have contacted me offering their various services but people want paying now and I really cannot afford it without help. I am putting a pitch to my family and friends so hopefully I will have some to get started with. I will then get some pics drawn up and maybe a video. :)

I'm sorry, I really do not want to be rude, but if you don't even have previous projects to show, I take this is your first one?
In that case it would be much better to start with something so small you can afford to do it for free, just to show that your team is up to the task of completing and delivering a whole project.
Believe me it might easily be much more complicated that it appears...

Would you like some help with this project, earlier today I was  looking into creating a MMO for Bitcoin but I am not great at game programming.

I was working on this FPS before I realized FPS's tend to have a short life span so I put the project on the shelf until UDK4 is released. I have lots of projects going on but if you need anything 3D or even graphics such as UI I might be able to contribute.

I agree with some of the other posters here - you'll need to show something more tangible if you want to gain some traction. Do some searches online for "How to make a great Kickstarter campaign" to get some ideas on where to focus your NRG.

I do really like the overall concept :)

Thank you for the advice, I have PM'd a graphic designer with a basic brief to get the ball moving :) I will post the prototype pics when I receive them! :P

Bennet I am just curious is you have the experience? Before I create any mock-ups I would like to see some examples also lol.

Nope I have no experience making a game, there is a first time for everything though :) If you check out https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=196923.0 there are plenty of people with experience offering to work on the game but it is just a fact of funding at the moment. It is the IDEA that I am personally working on, the technical work will be done by other people :)
