I can set you up with hosting. I started an alter ego of Quicksilver Spider (http://quicksilverspider.com/) some time ago but then got caught up in Bitcoins. I can offer you a package at 1 BTC / month right now and am willing to negotiate if the price changes dramatically.

For 1 BTC you get:

• 500 MB Disk Space
• 15 GB Transfer (15,360 MB Bandwidth)
• 5 MySQL Databases
• Dedicated IP Address
• 15 POP/IMAP Email Accounts

I can offer you more for less Bitcoins :)

  • 2gb space
  • SCP access
  • SSH access
  • a subdomain if needed (user.pharno.ch)
  • TYPO3 or Wordpress pre-installed if needed
  • Management-panel (Virtualmin/Webmin)
  • unlimited bandwith(fair use)
  • unlimited subdomains: sub.user.pharno.ch, or sub.yourdomain.tld
  • unlimited databases (prefixed with your user.)
  • 5$ in BTC per month

If you need something more specific, I would like to make you a personal offer.

lol, but tumblr is amazing for simple websites.  They also offer a decent API so you can embed content by tag from the site into another page.

liquidweb.com is the worst!     i ran a huge website with them and when my site started taking up a lot of traffic, they would shut my vps down. They couldn't even handle my sites on their dedicated servers either because when the site got DDoS'd it almost took down their network..

Oh, I assure you, I am a fan http://bitcoinporn.TUMBLR.com (http://bitcoinporn.TUMBLR.com) ;)

People hear tumblr, automatically think kid teen blog, and I am completely fine with that :)    I think it's userbase has just recently hit Wordpress numbers or something I believe I read.
