It looks like a great offer for many people that you can pay more than 4500 $ (=1btc) by skrill or neteller but i don't think that users of PaySafeGroup services need such deals only because they can convert their bitcoins via their accounts in Skrill and Neteller.
Another thing, just let us know what are you aiming to win by preev+5%+transactions fees? With that rate,You can by bitcoins from the localbitcoin without the need to ask for sellers in bitcointalk forum.
May anyone trust your feedback in localbitcoin but why looking for new sellers here in this forum? That you are not using to make trades from the forum as i can observe from your rank activities and posts.
You don't want scam anybody in the forum but no one also wanna scam you in localbitcoin  :)

and i'm ran out of btc and looking a daily btc supplier,
i'm from sri lanka, so it's hard to send money out of country using moneygram/westurn union
