apparently this person knows the ether delta scammer. look in the comments:

I'm assuming that you were affected by a phishing sites because i haven't heard any news that etherdelta itself is going scam? There is a shit ton of them on google ads right now... And just keep popping up. That is why you never click on google ads.

Anyways, don't. This person is likely to be a scammer and probably doesn't know a shit about the situation. If he knows the scammer personally then there should be no interest for him to expose him as it could put him in danger. Also, he is requesting others to prepay without any proof. You're better off donating the ETH to a charity, or some random user on this forum than feed that scammer.

This is not a scam accusation, just a speculation from what I have read.
