I check whattomine and the profit for Dogecoin is so low. What is the reason? Dogecoin hashrate is quite high (comparable to Litecoin) and if many people currently mining Dogecoin move to mine Litecoin, Litecoin mining profit will decrease signficantly. Am I right? Am I right? Do I miss anything? Yes, you're correct in the hashrate vs profit. If you were mining at litecoin now with 1Gh/s, and there is sudden increase on network hashrate 100X, then your profit will reduce about 100X. |
