It means they did something wrong that couse the red trust or sometimes accused falsely in results of the red trust. So if your campaign maneger contains the red trust please do not join the campaign its better to be safe even the user gets the red trust by falsely accused. Was just wondering, why instead of numbers three red questionmarks are shown. Question marks are shown after a negative feedback rating has been added despite a user's past history of having positive feedback.
