Hey guys, suggest me what to trade and I'll tell you what I think and also possibly post a chart to visualize my thoughts.

I'm in the sidelines for now as I don't see anything good to trade.  The whole market pretty much sucks.  But there might be a gem or two out there that's under the radar that I haven't heard of.

So help me find those gems.  Suggest me a coin to trade.  Thanks.

Nexus and Syscoin. They're my two biggest holdings but I'm excited about both of them. Not sure how these don't show up more regularly on these forums. Not much of trading coins as they are buy and hold short/medium term but would love to hear your thoughts.

What about a coin from your side? Even in a terrible market there should be a couple of alts you'd still pick, if not on strength of price short term, then on the valuation of the November bitcoin fork? Otherwise, I would like to hear your thoughts on STRATIS. It was above $7 and everyone said it would be $20, now it is around $5. And WAVES. When does it stop becoming good buy value?

XVG is the only coin with a good momentum since 1 week --> +45% in a roller coaster market

Thanks for posting all your suggestions.  I will look into the chart of some of them when I get back home, not all.  If the chart looks choppy, I tend to avoid them.  I like 'trendy' and smooth looking charts.  They're easier to trade and the swings are low.

Can you check GUP? The bigger volume is in Bittrex, sometimes 10 BTC, sometimes 70 BTC in 24h. It would be good to see some graphs, marketcap is low. It might be a hidden gem at this point.

I think Op is not at all responding to people question about their speculation. It's better guys research before investing into cryptos but the coin coins what you mentioned are the good coin and very well-known coin. I think Stratis, Steem, Neo all are the long term holding coins.

Great thread, so here's my suggestion and tell me what you think about NEM/XEM for long term trading. I am very curious as to what you can say about this coin, I'm not sure if you have heard about this coin but this has been here for quite some time already.

• Iexec-RLC   -- Good project. The coin was released in May. Currently around the initial value. 40M market cap
• Tokencard (TKN) -- Beta release scheduled for octuber 2nd.  Current market cap: 45M, while Monaco has 237M market cap and Tenx has 465M  
• Rads looks interesting too

I used to trade over GNT (Golem) too much. I've recently bought it for ~7.5k sats and sold off for 11.1k sats at trex.
Can you please help me out with some better analysis over the same? I wish to know if this could go more like above 15k once again?

Ok guys, I'll the first two replies and try to keep up as they come.


Here's the thing about trading and markets.  In crypto, the fact the a currency or token is listed in a new or an unknown exchange is a bad thing.  In the case of WTC, it's listed in    Binance.  I don't think a lot of people have heard of it before.  And checking its volume in Coinmarketcap, it's the 19th exchange in terms of volume.  Again, not a good thing.

Take note that I don't care about the white paper or who the devs are.  I care only about the market and how it's doing.  Everything else is noise.


GUP is not looking good.  It's trending down and it looks like that's not gonna change soon.  Same with CDT.  I would have taken my losses with this one while they were small.

Most of HVN's volume is in HitBTC and it's way too early to tell how it will do as it has been listed just a couple of days ago.

Yes, I feel the same. GUP and CDT is in very long decline mode. They couldn't recover from this after all this BTC dumps.
HVN made good short term profits in Hitbtc. It's time to say goodbye though. Never fall in love with altcoins.

You became a Full member, you don't know what coin you are investing it. Which means you don't know also how to read the chart properly. You just do trade base on what your thinking and guessing only. Trading is not a wheel of fortune fir what you've been thinking , it will be happen. I think you need more research about in trading mate. If I were you leave zeta and ignore it at once, Your just only wasting yiur time for this things  and waiting for nothing.

It's trading in a range and it's really not a bad looking chart.  The volume is kinda on the low side but nothing really bad.  It's actually a decent coin to watch out for.  Hopefully the volatility goes down a bit.  Traders have been doing mini pump and dumps, that's why.


Nexus actually broke out.  How could I have missed this?  If I was trading this I would probably get in at .0004 BTC and add more at .0005 BTC or so and then follow that trend with a trailing stop.

Stratis is not looking good right now.  Just stay away from it.  The volatility is kinda going down tho and if it starts going flat it's time to wait for it move up.

Game is exactly the same as Stratis.

APX, I would avoid due to very low volume.

Sorry but I won't bother looking at Atlant, Sal and Wagerr.


Zencash faked out, but could look good in the future.  It's a wait and see for me.

Navcoin broke out, made a parabolic rise, players dumped and now it's in Nowhere Land.  Avoid.

It did really well, but it's now consolidating and partly looking for its support.  I'd just wait and see at this point.


1ST may have found its support, but I'm still not convinced and I won't buy into this at the moment.  Watch this closely and wait for that upside momentum.

APX, see my post before this.

BAY is flat.  I mean you could buy into this, but you won't know which way it will go or how long it's gonna stay flat.  Another wait and see scenario.

CLOAK broke out two days before you made this post.  I hope you got on as it still looks good.  Keep following that trend.

INFLX, trying to break out but followed up be some selling.  I guess buy into it when it's dipping is best.  But be careful tho and place a stop loss.

QRL, last month's break out was actually a fake out.  It's still a wait and see.  I would hate buying now and get impatient waiting.

VRC is starting to look good but still not convinced.  Wait for that upside momentum.

ZEN, see my post above, I think I did this too already.

OMG is still looking good if you either got in on listing day or got in during the ICO phase.  This is one of the rare cases that an ICO token came climbing starting from the day it was listed.  But for the traders who aren't holding any, stay away.

QTUM is not looking good.  I'm personally not touching that for now.



RLC, put this in your watch list.  Volatility is going down and it's starting to go flat.  That's the time when it's being accumulated.  Now I know some of you like to accumulate at that stage but I don't.  I like getting in when it starts gaining some momentum.

TKN is a little too volatile for my taste.

NXS.  If you bought them on late May or early June then you're still in the green.  But from the POV of a guy who's still looking for an altcoin to trade, this looks really bad at the moment.  Volatility is high and it just recently peaked followed by a huge sell off by almost 50%. 

SYS is the same.  I actually was aware of its break out when it happened around end of August - early September.  I thought this was gonna be one of those gems that would trend up amid the bear market.  But no.  Another huge sell off in the end.  If I traded this during the break out, I wouldn't have made any profit.  I like following trends even if that means going thru the draw downs, but this one would have hit my stop loss.

STRAT is still not looking good but the volatility is starting to go down.  If you're not holding any and are interested in this, start putting it in your watch list.

WAVES.  Aha!  It's showing signs that it's starting to breakout.  Hmmm...  I could put in some coins in this and see what develops.  But be aware of the fake out.  It happens a lot in the current market conditions.

yes, i've enjoyed the CLOAK rally so far... correction was inevitable but i hope there will be some more good surprises - what do you think?

both INFX and QRL have major milestones scheduled for the coming weeks. that may be the nudge to make them break out... i'm betting on it, especially concerning INFX.

CLOAK's value moved to 7$ marketplace value now and I investing on this will take to more profit soon. MY friend invested on the bitconnect coin and now its value is 117$ when I noticed it last time. Above coins are best to invest the money in the ICO and token sale after pre-ic. INFX we cannot say anything we just need to wait see the upcoming value.

ETH and LTC are solid and test resistant altcoins despite the unpleasant rumors. Nothing more consistent than both as part of investment. I am less think of altcoin that's not super big capitalization.

Definitely, LTC is one of the most stable coins in the world, even growing steadily and will most likely pass 100$ by the end of this year, and ETH is such a useful coin, like funding ICO's, building smart contracts, creating tokens, ... Both are virtually guaranteed to survive the next decade

What is about modum.io guys? Its an very interesting project, theyre going to build some chips to track cooled packages with a Blockchain. They already involved at the switzer post and I trink it will get a lot of attention, if they really could sink the transport costs of cooled stuff!

INFX finally broke out and is pumping real good. i think it will grow quite a bit over the next two weeks

ETH is a good one i think i will invest in it, because many people are already investing in it plus Blockchain has already added support to buy ETH on their site that means you can buy Bitcoins and ETH safely and secure.

Also many people are saying that ETH is the follower of Bitcoin that means that it is close to bitcoin and has the potential to grow.

Lisk.  It broke out around August 20.  If you got in then it's good to take some profit now.  But if you missed the trend, just leave it be.  You can find another good opportunity next time.
Verge.  The same with Lisk, broke out, and now is a good time to take some profit.  Otherwise, avoid.
Status.  This is in my watch list actually.  It's still trending down but it's starting to go sideways.  I personally won't trade it yet but keep a close eye on this one.

If you missed the breakout last September 16 just stay away.  But honestly if I replied to your post right away, I'd still think it's better to avoid it.  It's too volatile for my taste.  But if you're good at timing the market then why not.  But I suck at it, so I usually go for low volatility and high volume.

Hey, bro! What do you think of Dent coin? This was a project whose ICO ended more than a couple of months ago and it was selling a good deal of Dent coins. It was successful in general. But there are many people out there who are doubting Dent's price to increase a big deal because the token supply is too huge.

Dents total supply was very big like ripple and NEM, the project has a potential to boom since the whitepaper and devs have a good Idea, There are some weak supporters spreading Fuf to lower the price and bag in cheaper price. But in overall review, Dent coin is a good coin to hodl in long term, Maybe they can reach on the top of coinmarketcap.

I already did STRAT.

STR/XLM.  It's very obvious that it still hasn't moved out of it's downtrend.  Just stay away if you aren't in yet and avoid timing the market when it's going down.  That sh*t will make you lose even more BTC.  Be patient and pick the right spot.

But the good thing is volatility is going down.  So it should start going flat sooner or later.

True that. For a while I thought it was "wise" to look at coins that spent consecutive days in downtrend, especially when I saw that in every week at least one or two days would be on the up. So I would get in when I saw four or five consecutive red days, sometimes more than 10% in each day. Went in, thinking I had them cheap and then the greens were barely 1-2% before trending even lower. Lost a lot of BTC like this, especially when their fiat values actually weren't affected. Just their BTC price.

That is my advice too for investors, the price is bad for investors now, I have some and I have decided to keep it long term because the team really don't understand how the space work and will need time to learn this and when it does it will be a bit hit

Sometimes it's so difficult to tell if people are trolling with their usernames and comments or if they really are just selfish users filling up discussion threads with zero value posts.

Spectre can't be the best ever when it's just copying existing anonymous tech. It's still talking about ring signatures when people are already moving past Zsnark. A totally made up coin, didn't even need premine, just ICO-sed and  5% kept for devs. And it's just growing because of some fancier than usual proof of stake algo.

If you got in on the date that you made this post then you got in at a very bad time.  Never ever try to buy when the momentum is going down.  Only would be bagholders make that move.


CFI.  I bought this on 8/14 - 8/16, you can read my CFI shill posts around that time ;), but had to sell a tad over a month later at a slight loss.  There wasn't enough momentum to hold it any longer.  Just avoid it for now.

BTA.  No comment.  The chart is too ugly looking.

VIA.  Avoid.  Still to spiky and volatile.  Wait for it to go flat.

Due to continued demand, I'll start posting some charts and my (brain fart) analysis on your altcoins.  ;D

But please be cool as I can't keep up with all of you.  I will try to check the thread daily and I will try to give one or two 'analysis' that didn't go over a week of your post date.  Crypto is very volatile and sometimes the price now isn't that relevant a week ago.
