RDD is recommended from me, but if you are eagerly waiting to wait for many years. but not all coins worth less than 1 cent can provide a big advantage

1c threshold doesn't make any economical sense.
It's like trying to find good currency below 1c. Sure you can find some (like yen), but the limitation was arbitrary.
Look at the 4th column here: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/
See the problem?

SLVR is recommended by me, not because it is cheap but because it has real market value pegged to silver.

Only XRP and NEM that has a billion supply  was included in the top 10 in coinmarketcap. Coins with low price and with billion supplies is hard to appreciate in my opinion. Though it may pump but probably its artificial or manipulated.

The price by unit is irrelevant. The supply may be huge and the coin still may be worthwhile.

Agree with everyone above. If you think that it is relevant that it is worth less than one cent rather than its market cap, you shouldn't be investing at all.

Siacoin and digibyte are good coins, they must be under ~1 cent but why did you take 1 cent as a bench mark. Price does not matter at all. You should consider market cap instead of price.

Everything is said with this quote!
But Verge - XVG is sure one of the best coins you can buy for less than one cent.

But you have to hurry... the current price is $0.008137 and itīs rising.  ;D

IIRC Neo also has 1 billion, with 500 million in circulation now and another 500 million later.

As many have mentioned already, the unit price is irrelevant.

Take the time to read the white papers, understand the functionality/technology and market potential of a coin.

I know the appeal of investing in very-low cost coins- you're hoping they'll go very big like bitcoin has.  But in reality, these <1 cent coins are like trading penny stocks- it's not a great idea.  It's better to get into some more stable coins for longterm growth.

The problem with this is that we're looking for coins below 225 satoshi now... and the only way to do that for me is to look for tokens that start out as ICOs. But ICO tokens now are over-valued, starting at way more than that. We can be tempted to think it's the next Neo or WAVES, but I think we can all see this is no longer the case. Market is too speculative, too much valuation. There are alts around for a long time too but again, are we willing to wait for years and risk the coin getting completely abandoned?

I think a lot of easy-to-own coins with good potential prices, for now I choose ARK and PTOY because I think these two coins have good potential to provide benefits.  ;D

I really think Verge is probably going to be a good coin under $0.01. Its most of the way mined already and they have been knocking stuff off their roadmap pretty well lately. Go and check it out.

12 September new
PLAN=super investment proposal

plan queue
1) add a token to the exchange yobit.net, and start sales
2) add a token to the coinmarketcap.com, and there will be a large sale of coins
https://yobit.net/en/addcoin/
super investment proposal, for placing the token you need 0.1btc + (0.01btc = technical need) = 0.11BTC, I will instead give you 5000 tokens The starting price of the coin FERRARIUM will be 1FERR = 0.0029ETH = 0.0002060456BTC     MIN  5000FERR=1.0302BTC
Conditions.
1) Do not spoil the beginning of sales of tokens
2) Follow the rules of the stock exchange
3) I believe it will turn out without problems, we will add a token to the exchange, but
    1. if the exchange does not add a token, how many-money will they return to the investor.
    2. if the exchange does not allow you to set the price of 0.0029etn coins, then  will give 5000 you more coins and you will have to wait for the coin to grow and sell the tokens (99% price will be 0.0029ETH = 0.00020604BTC)
    3. Do not do evil.
    4. I value the beginning of sales of the token, so I hope for honest cooperationWill be removed that would not provoke the owners of the stock exchange.
    5. Item 3.2 can be removed, after how the investor is found, but will be observed as it is written now in it .
    6.
At your request, you can help create a picture annonce, help with conversation and advertising on the forum and chatting on the exchange You do not do falsehood.

Doge?? wtf?? this coin is freezed, it wont give profits, i dont understand why people is still investing in this coin.. it is just like put a whole bitcoin in a freezer or convert it to fiat, it wont make profits... Also doge is going down in its bitcoin value.
But probably most people want to invest in altcoins below than $0.01 eachone because they think they will make a 100x if it goes to $1 each one.
But they dont know that the price is probably $0.01 because there are billions of billions in circulation.

Some of the offerings I've seen... surprised they're even worth a cent.

I like aspects of the NEM Project.  The coin isn't valued at much per unit, and yeah, they have a lot in circulation.  However, I think they have a well-structured organization and a lot of potential that is unrealized.

I don't own any but... I probably would.
