It is not an altcoin yet per say, but the base to implement new altcoins. It's a blockchain that doesn't need to consume power and hardware like Bitcoin, and that is more simple and reliable that actual PoS. youre project same with walletbuilder, all people can create coin use youre service It's not a service, it the description of an protocol that anyone can implement.
