Hi guys, I want to know if there exists altcoins with proof of stake.

I have Onions and I´m staking 10% of my balance per year. The second year will be 5% and the third 2%.

Is there any other altcoin with this feature? I heard about Decred too, but I don´t have enough information.

A lot of the best Pos coin such as waves and all of the assets, in my opinion, Deep onion was including on the Post but with high pre mine for the dev that makes it so shady for everyone. You can try to follow some predictions. But if the ethereum will be migrating to the pos and that was the best pos altcoin.

Sounds interesting to see the ethereum moving to pos. I´ll try to see some predictions. Anyway, DeepOnion looks a very promissing project. The devs are working hard in new features so we will see some news soon.

Ya indeed, DeepOnion is nice and 10% staking is awesome. There are a lot more Staking Coins I believe. Like Block or PIVX for example.

The best PoS I've found is cloakcoin been staking it for about a year now at 6%.

Adding stratis is also a good PoS coin and the value still cheap more development will follow from the team I'm sure staking this coin will give good profits if you will hold it and keep it inside your wallet,  you can also visit their own thread to learn more about this project.

Also you can keep Komodo (KMD) in your wallet and earn about 5% per year.

Although NEO isn't proof of stake, it operates in a similar manner by generating GAS

i think the best POS altcoin ETH, but until now dev not yet announcement about date ETH replace to POS coin

Have to agree with the rest of the posters here, if eth goes POS then it's game over to the rest of the PoS. Other than that, Deeponion is getting pretty popular and I'm still staking my coins in the meantime. I'm sure there are other staking coins but do they really have the popularity/value for staking to be worth it? 10% return over a year can be small if you aren't willing to invest tons of money into an altcoin, which can be especially risky in today's political climate with china and all, plus you never know when to trust a coin.

I'm staking Stratis. Looks like 20$ coin for me, so even after and I've seen some movement these days.

Many coins are POS, Peercoin was the first, so alot of projects (even deeponion) borrow the code from Peercoin.

Qtum is POS coin thats promising.  The mainnet will launch on the 13th so it will be stakeable then.  They're doing alot of crazy things, like launching satellite to run node, and partnering with some big players.

The best altcoin in POS are for me:

- Cloakcoin (very good anonymous technology, open-source in less than 3 weeks) ;)
- Neo (No comment, the potential is just huge)
- DeepOnion (Very good project, developing, huge community and impressive marketing, beware of DeepOnion) ::)

There are many good POS coins. Based on how much you invest and for how long you wait, these can generate really good profits. To start with-

DeepOnion - Strong community and active development; this one is at 10% ROI pa
1337/IFTL - low valued gems;1337 gives roughly abt 41% ROI pa and IFTL is 800% ROI pa.
EMB/BuzzCoin - low valued gems and very strong community. EMB offers 720% ROI and BuzzCoin 100% ROI per month
OHM - I love their concept;offers 20% ROI pa

And the list goes one........

yeah, masternode is pretty tight but ETH will implement PoS soon, why don't you consider that? It should be implemented within the next months

Nice suggestions. I´ll consider all the coins once I have some money to buy.

By the moment, I just have DeepOnion coins and the PoS system is working very good.

Signatum coin will become PoS very soog ^__^
