Binance goes down, many people experience an error page when trying to log on... I myself was logged on on my phone when the wtc prices started to drop and when I tried to sell stock I was logged out randomly (like I had only recently logged on) and by the time I did the whole log in and 2fa on my phone we were sub-400.
