I am Huzafa,

I started working on Questra recently and to deposit some Euros, I made a transaction of 0.09911997 BTC  and the fee charged was 0.00088003 BTC I had exact 0.1 BTC in my wallet resulting Zero remaining but today is 5th day I didnt receive my transaction in Questra account but in coinbase wallet transaction is confirmed and got more than 500 confirmations.
I contacted support of coinbase to help but they are not responding.

Questra is also not responding.

To check I made a deposit via BLOCKCHAIN and the amount was received in 5 mins so it means there is no issue in Questra's end.

I reviewed the transaction and found out that in that transaction total amount transacted was 0.10711997 BTC where as my wallet had exact 0.1 BTC and I am not sure what is wrong with coinbase why I got this error and how would I get it solved.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

If the transaction is confirmed already by the Blockchain network, then there's an issue from the side of this wallet you mentioned which is this Questra, I never heard this wallet before, and are you sure you doubled or even tripled check the wallet address? if yes then there's wrong with the receiving bitcoin wallet provider you used.

No one can help you here but only them.


5 days is long for the wait, I haven't use them or heard of Questra before. Try to send them a message again so that you will be on queued again maybe your message is being replaced on top by another query.

This is the thing I can think off that Questra is causing the problem here since it has been confirmed already on the blockchain but the amount didn't still reflect on questra which means they are the problem and as you said you do already send a support ticket but until now you didn't get any response from them and 5 days is long wait already and as blankcode said have you check the address carefully because it might not be the address that you did send those funds.

According to image he receive 6 confirmation so i think it should be there since its already been confirm 6+ as i can seen in  the image better to contact the support if where you receive your bitcoin it should be there so contacting the support is the only way i think better to do right now if do you wanted to fix your issue now .
This is sometimes happening to me in other website and sometimes happening to me in coinbase pending even my transaction was confirm a lot.

Friend, sad to hear that still you didn't receive the coins.Check your transaction in the blockchain network. If its confirmed then that means its 100% confirmed. In my opinion you should wait till the support of Questra contact you. You don't have any other choice.Only they can do something. Because its already arrived to the Questra wallet address.
