We are pleased to announce the launch of our Siousada Token Swap campaign which will start from 22 Sep 2017 until 12 Oct 2017. We invite all the crypto community members to participate in this campaign. Your contribution in this campaign will be channeled to the development of Siousada Crypto Travel Portal.

What is Siousada?

Siousada is a platform that directly connects tourists with a network of operators – accommodation, activity, transportation and food & beverages – all in one portal, capitalizing on blockchain and smart contract technology.

Destinations

For our pilot project, we will kick start with Sabah, Malaysia by Feb 2018. We will then expand our coverage to Asia destinations by Jun 2018. Finally, we shall cover global destinations by Oct 2018.

SSD Token Purpose

SSD token will be the fuel for the Portal and the Siousada ecosystem as it will be used to fund the administration, management and operations of Siousada and also fund the mass awareness campaigns, education, talks and knowledge sharing events to be held to transfer knowledge and awareness to the operators and providers, community initiatives, business development, academic research and market expansion. To realize this vision will also require bringing on board developers, marketing personnel, a legal team, designers and many other talented people which will necessitate additional funds.

The SSD Token is created for the purpose of being utilized within the Portal and its ecosystem. This means that you could pay for your room, activities, transport and meals anywhere in the world through this portal using SSD token.

SSD token does not represent any shareholdings and/or securities in the Siousada or in the project.

Another promising project in the Travel/Tourism Industry.
To add that the token swap will be done at Bittrex, which just augmented the credibility of this SSD.
But the challenge here is that - educating the travel sector about crypto transactions.

Yes, that is one of the anticipated challenge, educating our potential users. Our target market initially will be the crypto community. For them, it will be easy to subscribe to our service. However, this accounts only less than 2% of world population. Subsequent to this, we want to quickly on-board non-crypto community as our client. This will require huge investment in term of time, capital and resources. And two main areas of focus in our effort are education and marketing which accounts for the biggest chunk of fund distribution.
