Other BTC, are you holding any other crypto?

Of course , I'am holding another altcoin for long term.
Example , I always choose coin ITS very cheap.
On this time I hold DOGE , I'am bought last days rate 36 Satoshi.

I used to have a lot of alt coins 2 years ago but all the alt coins that i have been holding have vanish because there are no more trader who uses the coins that i have been holding.
For me bitcoin is still the best and other coins are only good for a few months then sell them right away.

Yes of course I am holding some other coins, not only bitcoin. I also support and hold ethereum and some of its tokens. Especially dent is good coin. I also support Espers (I hate its development speed anyways)

Beside BTC I'm holdin Ethereum, Sia, Verge.

Besides Bitcoin, all I hold is Altcoin. For example Ethereum, EXRN chain, StuffGoGo, and eLTC. Most are coins from Bounty and airdrops. And I use for trading and I cash in when there is an important need.

A lot of other alts in my portfolio. Alts has a more volatile course, but alts also is more risky investment.

I am currently holding BTC (a large chunk of my portfolio), BCH, LTC, Doge, ETC and Siacoin. I'm looking into Nimiq, ETH and Monero as well.

 I can not risk investing all my money into a coin. It is very dangerous and difficult to raise funds.

Other than BTC, I am holding another cryptocurrencies like ETH, IBTC, and ACC. I just earned these coins one month from now so these coins are not that high but I am doing something to earn more. I wanted to be rich by the help of cryptocurrencies so I am doing a lot of work to earn more.

i have found that hodling altcoins is not profitable for me. of course as you can see others do not seem to agree with my vies all the time, but that is my experience and it has been working for me better than holding them.

i prefer not putting too much faith in any of the altcoins. and i rarely do that. that means investing only in short term an dumping them as soon as i am satisfied with the profit that i have gotten.

If you had held the right coins you could have had a lot of profit. More than with just holding bitcoin.

I think most people who bought a significant number of bitcoins quickly add to their portfolio altcoyins. Me too.

Funny but there is no other bitcoin. Whatever is there is called as altcoin and we have to hold it to make best profits ever. Altcoins are like added profits to us and we can make wealth from it easily. Where on the one side bitcoin can make us rich slowly but there is altcoin which can give us 100-500x profits at any given time if the coin is best one. So surely I’m investing into these coins to earn profits and have the investment available for my future prospects.

There are some altcoin also available in market which also gives us profit but bitcoin gives more profit than altcoin.Long term investment gives the good profit so keep your crypto for long term and enjoy your profit.

Yes of course. Other than BTC, I invest in altcoins and ICO projects.

To name a few, I have ETH, LTC, XMR, Storj, Neo, Siacoin, Sonm, Centra, Pay and Golem.

Besides the bitcoin I'm holding now I have dogecoin, litecoin, satoshi and ethereum this all i have in 3 different wallet i keep this cheap altcoin i know it is have a potential someday that wave in the market cap.
Im focus now earning in bitcoin because it is a high rate among of all cryptocurrencies.

Outside bitcoin I am seriously holding other alternative coins since early this year till now. I am holding bitcoin Cash, cream coin, lisk,  dentcoin etc. Though about 80% of my holding is in bitcoin and i have decided to hold it for long. I am also planning to buy the following coins for long term purpose: wave,  litecoin and bitcoin connect.  I have seen stability in these coins and I expect there price to rise greatly in 2018 and 2019. I am also hoping that ethereum will be included in my wish list in future.

Boscoin is supposedly a better version of ETH made in South Korea.

Other than BTC, I'm currently holding ETH.  ETH in my observation is widely used and there's a lot of good Tokens under it.  Looking forward for GLA (Gladius), project is very promising and realistic.

In this online market there are so many coin and we are not hold only one coin because which coin when make a great valuable don't know this matter. we hold not only bitcoin some of altcoin we use for crypto trading . we stay in online market around 10 year and we know how to analysis market or coin.

I hold bitcoin and will keep my bitcoingold. I have eight ether tokens,all from airdrops, which I will hold. Some give more tokens if I continue to hold. POS token has been best as its value for free tokens from airdrop is circa $40.

I plan to hold Spectre.ai. I predict the coin is going to be very valuable in a short to medium term. The team behind it is solid, experienced and capable. The Spectre is building brokerless trading platform with virtual reality. Isn't that special?

Yes I am holding few altcoins in my wallet ,I got it from a bounty campaign. It was  given to me by the first bounty campaign that I had joined and been so happy upon receiving it. But later I became confused on how to trade it because it is a new coin. I just learned then that there are increasing altcoins exist nowadays and some are not yet out in the market which can't be traded nor sell. And have to wait when it will be available for trading. For now, I am still waiting for the right time when this coin will be available for trading.

For longterm investment Iam only holding altcoin that has good in fundamental like ETH,DASH,and WAVES. I believe these altcoin will be bigger than others because strong in fundamental, these altcoin has own blockchain technology and the team behind it who solid and professional.

in addition to bitcoin I mengholding pinkcoin because the price is easy to go up or down so just decide the moment to be able to benefit from pinkcoin

 I am holding some eth and sia coin . I brought them too high and they are too low now, still I think I can make profit from them in future so I am holding them. And I also hold the bitcoin cash ,which I got in the fork, I missed the opportunity of selling them.

Yes I'm holding some other cryptocurrencies / alt coins but most of my investment or capital are with bitcoin. And even those useless coins, I have them too hoping that some whales will pump it for a while and when that happens I can ride with that pump and will eventually sell it as long as there's a wave of profit for that coin. Investing to different coins are good but bitcoin is my priority.

I suggest you look up Etherium, and if interested you might want to look into some ICO, if you feel like financial adventuring of course.

Oh yes, few other coins.. CND .. KIN because it's tanked and there's no point selling it for a loss.. but the funny part is currently I don't have any BTC at this moment..

Majority of the users keep hold of bitcoin along with other altcoins hoping for a profit long-term. Recently invested into an altcoin and got fed up with the value decrease that happened in very less time. But having diversified holding of altcoins has helped me compensate the loss happening with the profit with the other leading to a neutral as well slow profiting.

Of course! I'm planning to buy some altcoins. Because the system works this way, so that there are periods when it is more profitable to keep money in altcoins, but sometimes - in Bitcoin.

Other BTC, i was holding many crypto.For example Waves,Etbs,Safexchange and Target coin.At last i was brought waves.I was brought Etbs when It came first in market.I hope i will be profitable few days later.

smart thing would be to put at least 50% in btc, and spread the rest among GOOD projects like - strat, eth, game, sia/storj, vtc...

There are so many altcoins out there with a lot of potentials and obviously they are worth holding considering how much they have grown in value over the years and the possibilities of growing even further. Just like the ones you have mentioned and so many more with good market cap and even some newly starting coin with good team and great product is worth holding for long.

Diversifying is absolutely a normal thing. Not just anyone who has significant number of bitcoins but also those who really understands the importance of investment and the chances of some of these altcoins having the chances to grow in the future.

I think there is a little coin besides BTC that you can hold. In addition to the btc I still keep ETH, LTC and Monero.

Other than btc i am holding siacoin, stratis , verge , ltc and eth . siacoin i am not much confident about this coin at the moment still holding it i bought it very high in the month of june  when the altcoins were at their peak .

i hold many coins, but only coins which have bright future that i bought.
my first priority is Ethereum due to this coins relatively has more stable prices than bitcoin, in this months tue price of  eth moving fluctuations but still around 290 - 310 USD.
next, XMR (monero). I can use this coin in full of anonimity that no one do not know the information in my wallet include balance, transaction etc.
my other coins are that i earn from bounty, i didn't need to buy it then i can get it by free way.

As of the moment, I don't hold any alt's yet, but I'm planning to hold some when I get it on some of the bounties, and I hope that some of the tokens/alt's that I get will increase its value.

Yes of course, i have 16 different kinds of tokens and coins, from airdrops and bounties. I am waiting for my coins to gain value on markets. And I will hodl until i become a millionaire someday.

Well, I am kinda on the opposite direction. In the name of Bitcoins I just have some satoshis. But I am holding some altcoins like steem, BTS, ETH and some other tokens like rush tokens (hashrush) and a few more in November, like Storm tokens, Indahash tokens etc. But if you ask me which coin I am betting the most on, then it has to be ETH.

If you spent $1000 to buy 1 BTC, after 5 years, you still hold 1 BTC. the only things has changed is the Bitcoin Value itself.

But, if you spent $1000, buy BTC, convert to ETH, after 5 years. Perhaps the ETH you sold might have more than 1 BTC compare to holding it. The thing that has changes is the quantity of BTC

When I see a potential on a coin, I try to buy it. Monero, Neo, and Ripple are some cheap currencies today but I know in the future, the gain that I can get is much much greater than investing on bitcoin today.

Besides BTC I have in my portfolio ETH, ARK, STRAT, BCH and NEM. All for long term holding.

Choosing Doge as a potential altcoin in the future is a stupid thing and so do I. I do not think that cheap altcoins should not be kept because it is too risky.

I have a few other coins, neo and ETH. Some more bought during ICOs.  I will hold them till they will be profitable enough for a decent profit. Or at least I hope so.

Yes I am and I think most of us  are doing the same thing. Bitcoin is not that profitable because of it's high price and transactions fees. I was holding Ethereum, Litecoin and Doge before unfortunately I had already sold all my coins including Bitcoin just this month due to an emergency. If I will be having a capital soon then I will surely invest again. As of now I have nothing stored in my wallet. Hopefully, I will receive tokens very soon since I participated in bounty campaigns though the token is not yet listed on exchanges but still hoping it would happen in the next months. I actually have two kinds of tokens, an erc20 or Ethereum based SPEC tokens and a non-erc20 token which is the Soferox tokens. I will observe the market first before selling or converting those tokens into altcoins like ETH, LTC and any other coins for better profit.

Actually I didn't hold Bitcoin but Eth and other altcoin tokens. Bitcoin is really hard to earn today so Altcoins are the better ways to get.

Btc and eth. I'm a little sorry to have missed tezos ICO. But now want to buy Universa coins. The concept is somewhat similar to tezos. And there are already quite a few companies that want to operate on their blockchain.

Mine varies quite a lot, the only real constants are bitcoin and Ethereum. I think if you are not going to trade very much, then bitcoin is best and only those altcoins that you are convinced have a strong future.

Certainly yes I am. Im holding a lot of different altcoins. But nobody will tell you what altcoins are really profitable. You need do your own research, howewer you can check moner, btcgold or btccash, and remember about risks.

from what little experience i have gained in about 3 years i can say "holding altcoins" is a big mistake and these past years have proven that to be true. the altcoins never go up in years, they instead go up in a day or a couple of weeks tops. and then they fall, giving room to the next altcoin to rise.

this makes for a very good strategy for traders, whales, to make a good profit out of this market. they invest in one altcoin (pump it) then dump on top and go to the next immediately while newbies are struggling to stay alive in the altcoin that they put aside like used napkin...

As of now, there's actually nothing to worry about bitcoin price (be it rises up or falls down) since people have already trusted this cryptocurrency. Whether you hold bitcoins for a long time or use it in everyday lives, there's no risk on it because at the end of the day, I believe that bitcoin will remain the best cryptocurrency of all time.

A lot of airdrops and ICOs are being given out everyday and people have always this SELL NOW mentality because they are afraid that these new tokens and coins might disappear or lose its value in the future. And that's actually the problem about new coins. People don't actually understand its use and purpose (they don't mind reading the whitepaper of an ICO) which led them to not holding them for longer.

As of now, I have 5 different tokens/coins in my imToken wallet that I've received from airdrops and I plan to hold them for at least a year and see what's happen to its price. Although I am not expecting too much from these new coins, I am still betting on holding them since I've not spent any amount from these (AIRDROPS ARE FREE, AND FREE IS GOOD ;D ). Who knows, one of these coins will make a big BOOM in the future.
