Once we apply for a Signature campaign, how does we will get the confirmation from them? and how much time it will take to get the confirmation?

After you apply, leave the manager of the signature the time to check the quality of your posts and usually they put a link to a google docs spreadsheet where you can check if your name is in there. If your name is in there it means you are accepted to that signature campaign.

Signature campaign will let you know if you are confirm or not just check the thread after you posted to apply in signature campaign..
Like the above said mostly you can see it in docs given from the first page of the signature campaign but you can see some reply from the manager if you are accepted or not.. they are checking your post quality if you are qualified or not so better to always check the thread every time you apply in signature campaign.. And i think you already joined in some signature campaign ..

All the replied above is right. And managers will might be, contact you via PM, post on the thread if who  are the accepted participants, and more frequently he add names of participants on the google sheets. So you only have to wait after you applied, because normally manager takes their time to review your  history posts and might be take 1-2 days depends on the numbers of  accepted members.

usually in a thread signature campaign will be provided spreadsheet, there you can see your status, whether you are accepted as a participant or you are rejected.

You should also check the Signature campaign thread. Some signature campaign managers will quote the applicants posts and then they will comment on that. They usually combine a bunch of applicants that are accepted and then they just post a small comment at the bottom, saying "Accepted"

You will not be accepted if you are not quoted in his/her post after you applied. As previously said, some managers also update their spread sheet after people were accepted in the campaign. ^smile^

after you apply to a signature campaign you will always check the thread because sometimes they are updating the thread so you also need to wait, they have to reccomend who are hiring to participate in their signature campaign, but they often provide a spreadsheet to see who has hired and who has not hired.

You doesn't need to care about it because that is analysis part of the manager and provided accepted members information in thread.

Some signature campaigns will give you the information by quoting it back with the accepted members information and some of the managers will directly added the members to the spreadsheet. For more information check the Signature rules and guidelines.

What confirmation do you mean? If you are referring about the signature campaigns and ask if you're application got approved or not you usually would see your username on the spreadsheet. That's how you know if you got accepted or not.

There are different ways to get confirmation or be denied.

• Campaign manger posts directly, wether you are accepted
• You will see your confirmation in spread sheet
• You will see nothing - so you are denied
  

Mostly you will see in first post or in threads, how participants can see their confirmations. In some campaigns participants get only prooved, when they apply their participation on certain days.
The more  you apply for participation the more experienced you are to see, how you see your confirmation. The best is, to read the whole threads with their rules and study the project behind the campaign.

About how long you are accepted or not,it's back to your manager again how long they decided to approve new participants

No one treats to specially.You need to check for updated spreedsheet.If you are accepted,your name must be reflected there.
Also,don't worry too much about signature campaign at the moment.You will be rejected from most of the campaigns for terrible posting quality.Learn basics of the forum in the meantime.

Mostly the applicants of the signature campaigns here was rejected due to late applications, and many is posting an advance application prior the start of the campaigns usually at bitcoin service section. One reason that other managers won't be accepting is due to inactivity and the low posting quality of the applicant, as said here it's defined as terrible poster and defined as shit poster.

All you have to do is wait until you are qualify, check the thread if the manager posted who qualifies to the campaign and almost of the campaign managers provides a spreadsheet for that which you can find in the main thread of OP or second post. It not that hard at all and you will only enter in good campaign if  you have excellent writing skills.

Try to find your name in the next page of the campaign thread since there are campaign manager who do a mass acceptance on there camps nor try to visit there spreadsheet if that one is visible and try to find your name in there, And if your name is pasted well your good to go and do the task to get payed on weekly basis.

There are many new campaign managers are opened a thread for campaign management and not working properly by doing a background check of the member who are all applying there. Shity posters are got placed in many campaigns. If you would say strict manger means Lutpin, Yahoo, Edwarded and Lauda. 

after you apply or fill up the forms, you need to wait because managers will check your post history or some infos, etc, to know if your qualified for the position and also you need to check the spreadsheets if you see your name that means your accepted and ready to start the work.

Once you are accepted, you'll find your name in the thread of the campaign.

You need to check the thread and the spreadsheet of accepted members after posting your apply. About the time needed to getting accepted, it depends, some campaign managers accept / deny members fastly, others need more time.

You need to check the spreadsheet that is in OP and see your name is listed or not, if listed your name, then you are accepted or else not. In most cases wait for the campaign manager to post latest news about the campaign.
