Title: Newbie Introduction Thread
Post by: The_Catman on May 27, 2013, 02:38:05 PM
Why not just make a general post for "newbie" introductions so as to help people get out of here whilst getting to know each other?

I'll start, I'm generally not a very talkative person so making up a bunch of random bullshit to reply to all the threads here that I have no opinion on, just so I can post something to another thread outside of here, is annoying as fuck.

Hmm, are "newbies" not allowed to upload avatars either, or am I just blind?

I can see your avatar, so you can think seriously about being blind... ;D ;D ;D

Hi

Trying to get get that post count to go up. Thinking of buying a ASICMINER share directly so that means I have to make 5 really great posts here.

No, you see a default bitcointalk avatar, not my avatar. There doesn't seem to be a way to upload one.

The [Actors] section of the default avatars is distinctly lacking in Johnny Depp...

John Barrow would be a nice addition as well...

Dear internet,

The B|OR&D room is pleased to announce the ability to include annonamous, instant cryptocurrency transactions in our product, the Gluon.  If you would like to see an example, the link http://64.34.14.9:82/xorgnak@gmail.com (http://64.34.14.9:82/xorgnak@gmail.com) in my signature will take you to the example which includes the ability to donate to our project in either BTC or quark.  Feel free to sign up for a free account on our service by typing your email address in the search bar and hitting the x (which marks the spot.).  You'll get an email that tells you all about the completely free service that you just signed up for.  Donations to the cause are very welcome.  We used coinpayments.net as our gateway and we've been really satisfied with how their product works.  Including a coinpayments.net donations button in my gluon took less than a minute.  Feel free to drop by 64.34.14.9:6667#BORD in the irc client included my gluon to say hello.
