How does one go about finding employment in this growing industry if she is not a coder?

I'm not completely sure about this, but probably in the advertising field? I'm pretty sure alot of cryptocurrencies out there allocate a good number of their funds for advertising, as we can see in most social media platforms. Probably try sending resumes to some cryptocurrency admins if you have knowledge and some strategies in advertising platforms like Facebook ads, Google adwords, etc.

There are many opportunities for employment in the blockchain world. For example, If you have design skills you can be a designer in the blockchain space. If you look at all the alt coin threads, you'll notice that a lot of them have very sophisticated graphics from the logos to the infographics.

It depends on what skill you have. You can get paid for advertizing, dev, design, ..

It depends what you can do. But if you are not a coder your opportunities are not so good. As most of project hire professionals for marketing and other stuff. You can help smaller projects but if they cannot afford good marketing it is a question if they will be capable to do something good in blockchain. You just need to surf and check what is going on and maybe you will find something...

What if you are a programmer?

There are a few types of positions needed in a company. A few of them I can think of are advertising, sales, graphic designers and business development.
I suggest that you visit the blockchain companies’ websites to see whether there is any available career opportunity. 


If you are a programmer, i am sure there are plenty of jobs opportunity. Every blockchain company need programmers.

I've been invited by a local exchange herr in our country to be one of their team leaders in a customer service operations. Had to think about it first before accepting it. Blockchain jobs aren't restricted to people who are literate in coding language. Graphic designers, customer service and regular office jobs are also available for these people who want to get involved in a blockchain-related firm.

do you worried that you are not a coder? pretty sure i am also not a coder. you are need to maximize your soft skill such as communication (in this case indirect communication), knowledge of bitcoin definition or just up to date news. then you could join signature campaign and get paid for post. you were required to make good quality of post. besides that invest your money (usd, btc, eth and so' on) in ICO project which very trusted. you will get huge amount of profits.

Most jobs now are going to be in engineering and dev but as the crypto space grows jobs will open up for broader skillsets such as sales, marketing, advertising, analyst roles, et.c

many people find out , what they do best and make their own market for selling their skills!

There are tons of opportunities now in the space for developing with blockchain related tech. Just type in words related to your interests and skills and see what's up. There are sites specific to bitcoin and blockchain jobs as well.

Since this is the world of computer nerds programming skills will get you far. If you know how to make a coin or write a white paper you won't have trouble finding a Bitcoin paid job. Other computer skills like making graphics or animations are needed too. If you know foreign languages you can find a job s a translator.
