Appalling. Chaotic and utterly disorganised. Instructed them to withdraw funds from an account a month ago. They "lost" the instructions, and then lost 3 emails requesting assistance. Emailed the CEO Mr Guo (he didn't bother to reply), emailed their head of operations, Paul McKenzie, including screenshots - that also produced no results. The latest is an email from someone who refused to identify themselves threatening to close my account if don't stop complaining. How's that for customer service!!?? Stay the he11 away from these people!

I haven't heard about this before and some of my Australian friends are trading only in coinjar and btcmarkets because both of them are based on Australia and highly regulated. But all of the Australian platform have strong KYC policy to even trade crypto to crypto pairs.

Recently Huobi has also announced their launch on Australia under https://www.huobi.com.au/ which offers very low trading fee compared to other Australia based exchanges and its pretty sure there will be no problem of liquidity in it when launched.

Here is a list of Australian Crypto-FIAT Exchanges that I have dabbled in with decent amounts, all are legitimate and Funds are withdraw-able to Australian Banks (**Note some/most require KYC details *Know Your Customer**)

https://www.independentreserve.com (Takes a while to verify, they also send a confirmation snail-mail letter to your address to make sure all is legit)
https://btcmarkets.net (Daily Withdrawal Limits that you can workaround with a Withdrawal page Refresh glitch ::) Other than that Daily Limit increase requests can be made)
https://www.livingroomofsatoshi.com (You can pay Bills, Credit Card Debt or Deposit straight to Bank with this place)
https://www.coinjar.com.au (Low standard Daily Withdrawal limit, hard to request an increase)
https://www.hardblock.net (No thorough KYC needed)
https://sellabitcoin.com.au (No thorough KYC needed)
https://localbitcoins.com/country/AU (Take your chances + delays and escrow)

Hi guys need help...

Does anyone know if something has happened to ACX.io?

I have been trying to withdraw 4.94 BTC for over a week and it rejects it every time. I have emailed them about 10 times and even directly sms the account manager and no one reply back at all. and worst they do not send my coins.

They are always quick at replying and send coins with in few hours, but now they have gone MIA.

Please has anyone heard anything?
