The volume is pretty high the last days without any positive effect on the price. Guess what that means ... Accumulation! As soon as you set a buy order above 3005sat, a bot will push the price down again. Waiting for the breakout :-)
Furthermore is Bitshares a decentralized Exchange. BTCC will close, some chinese exchanges will probably follow from time to time. People realise, that decentralized exchanges are the future.
