If you're referring to the bitcointalk android app, I don't think that's an 'official' app and it doesn't look like it's been updated in quite some time. I'd honestly be wary of providing my log in details with a third party app. A password change might not be a bad idea. The app wans't even working properly. You couldn't read thread with multiple pages and neither post anything (at least for me).
The only other app that I know is this one[1] and I'm not even sure if it's still working.
