I want fun, multiplayer games to make bets with my friends using Bitcoin. My favorite of all times that I've seen was this:

Unfortunately the project is abandoned. It could have been awesome if it got perfected with the lag problems fixed and so on. I love the idea of arcade games mixed with bitcoin. I was wondering if anyone knows any similar games where you can bet some bitcoin at.

I think there was a rock, paper, scissors game around here somewhere. There you can battle each other and the site just takes a percentage of the bets.
I haven't tried it yet but seems interesting to play it. Though, I think there is only a limited kinds of these games that could be made, so you also have
limited choices for multiplier games.

Most of the PVP game doesn't have enough number of players to bet against so it is quite hard to find one where we can bet against each other as fast as we can in usual online games.

Do u consider event based betting as multiplayer game?

I have been looking for something like this for a long time.  The battlecoin game looked and played great for a tiny bit.  Then the lag kicked in.  You could be no where near the enemy and it would just say game over.  I would love to see like a N64 Golden Eye bitcoin based game.  But alas, as with all games online you need to be careful about cheaters/hackers.  I don't think any company would be willing to take the risk for it.

How exactly could event betting be called a multiplayer game? Following this logic, every single type of bet is a multiplayer game because you are betting against something.

BTW www.battlecoin.org is currently for sale, the owner wants to sell it for 30 BTC - I have no idea if this price still stands but it is a crazy high amount of money for this project.
He said that this game is not popular at all, and this is the reason he would like to sell the game and abandon the project. It only shows us how bitcoin powered multiplayer games are kinda niche area of gambling...

Here are two multiplayer games that hasn't been mentioned Bitdouble's coinflip (https://bitdouble.io) and chopcoin.io (http://chopcoin.io). The coinflip on bitdouble has bots so there's no need to wait if you take all of the duels  from the bot it just makes a new one right away. I never tried chopcoin yet all I know is that it's the same agar.io game but with bitcoins involved.

Interesting, I've tried the Bitdouble coinflip (Not a huge fan) but I have not tried chopcoin. If it is as you say like agar.io that could be fun (and frustrating, lol). I'll give it a go.

On topic: I'd also like to create some sort of list containing games like these, as I believe it's a good way to get people that's never used Bitcoin before a bit more involved. Hopefully they won't lose it all :D

I don't think the OP will find what he is loking for in any of those sites, since he asked for multiplayer, so I guess he want pvp gambling. Unfortunately that is very rare in bitcoin gambling, at least as far as I know. I think most of the time admins just can't make competitive games, and even when they copy games (I remember seeing a bomber man project out there), there are the lag and bot issues.

Right now the only one I'm aware of is https://chessque.com. It's a fairly recent project though, and it's a chess platform so I don't know if it will workout well.

This was one of the best games i ever played with bitcoins. I really enjoyed it . If anyone can give us the list of bitcoin games, then it will be very beneficial for game lovers. I dont like simple dice games. Need something more interactive and attractive to play with.

Not really. Im looking for proper multiplayer videogames, where you are controlling a character... just your classic videogame but with bitcoin betting.

I don't consider a multiplayer pinball for example, what im looking for, or anything that could be found at a casino.

I want a proper videogame, ideally with arcade aesthetics because im a nostalgic for old games. I would love a version of MAME that allows bitcoin betting embedded in the client, ideally in a webbrowser... that would be epic.

I dont think you'll find that kind of game with bitcoin easily, I cant see any efforts from the bitcoin community to build such video games. Maybe most of gambling site's owners thinks that this kind of game is not profitable because only few people will play. Most gamblers in this world will prefer to play luck based game such as dice or roulette instead of video games IMO.

Gaming is a huge market. Skill based games are more entertaining than just rolling a slot machine all day. There's a place for both and both can be fun, but I think this field has not been exploited properly with Bitcoin.

If I had the 30 BTC I would buy the website, I would hire some developers and I would launch a ad campaign, signature campaign and anything that could help promoting it.

I still believe in this type of format becoming huge once crypto is really mainstream, maybe it's still early on in the game but we will see bitcoin in multiplayer games everywhere once we have the lighting network and payment channels allow you to embed fast cheap bitcoin payments pretty much everywhere.

That is a nice site and very interesting approach to gaming. I don't think I it's worth 30btc. Nowhere near. I'd he gets that much then get could become filthy rich selling sites like that. I think it's worth a couple BTC if that. Remember it doesn't actually bring in profit it's just to show how a game can be mutiplayer and use bitcoin. I say it doesn't make a profit because Noone plays. It's laggy and has no one playing. It wasn't that well thought out but still a good try.

Sadly there is no future for those gambling types.I have seen a few other websites which were shut down within a month of launch.The primary reasons were,
 - Lack of players online if someone wants to play.
 - Solo players don't want to play with bots.If everyone plays with their friends,it's obvious people would have to wait to find a matc

There are already lots of issue with online game and there could be more once you bet btc on it. Lag issue, i experienced that sometimes so it  really affects the game and companies are not 100% sure they can prevent that. The fairnes of game, many hacker who will cheat are everywhere and will be even more motivvated once they can get something from it so games with bet will be hard to implement.

I think it's just due the fact that we are still very early on the game. If we were getting people involved in crypto at a mainstream level, those sites would be filled with players.

Just give it 10 years and kids will be getting paid in BTC on the internet with their youtube videos and social media, then they will use these sites a lot of more, because the problem is, if you have to buy first with fiat, it's not too appealing, but if you get paid in BTC, you are more prone to make a transaction and play a couple of matches. I used to play with my sig campaigns earnings, but if I had to buy the BTC to play then I wouldn't be bothered.

If poker is included on what you search for may be you can try btcking. I know nowadays there is less of multiplayer games which is less attractive to because people can't use any strategy to win it. Btcking is pretty nice to play poker because they got bot too so you can easily get profit there

Poker is likely out of the question as it is something very common and for sure OP has already considered it. Since poker is very mainstream already and everybody knows it.
I would say that you can try those games found here on the forum like action-gamble which is a rock paper scissors kind of game. Not so sure how well it works as I only tried it once and if it will suit your taste.

   Bitcoin needs some multiplayer games, not just for making bets also for earning little amounts by playing. Before there
were more games where you could earn bitcoin and then spend them. This game now is very simple and not so popular, I
waited more then 5 minutes and nobody joined in my game and I decided to quit.
   Except poker is there any other card games where we can play with bitcoins? I searched forum and google but I could
not find anything. I tried couple links but I did not find what I looked for. Someone should pay attention and make some
card games for bitcoins.Poker is not only card game in the world.
