10% premine (share) is not a big deal for ICO. If the project is worth it. Almost all popular ICOs are having 10-20% for the team. The team must be rewarded. Otherwise why it's doing it?

Nothing yet whitepaper is not available at the moment even no website is online till now. It seems this coin is created just for FOMO purpose but OP has no clear idea about the future of this coin how they will get succeed to make it useful project.

when i look at he op, i think your paying someone to do you a white paper, does that mean that the person you will pay fomo for your white paper will become part of your team, i mean can some do a white paper minus knowing the whole idea of the project.

You are correct, we were going to pay someone for the white paper, but we are busy with it now and will upload it a bit later.
