You want to 10x $10m? Gonna be hard to do. You might get lucky on a really good ICO pick, say something with $50m hardcap that you know is going to head to $500m marketcap. But even then the liquidity will make it nearly impossible for you to exit cleanly. Best bet is to figure out which coin has the best liquidity for you to be able to enter/exit effectively and go for 50% -200% gains over the course of the next quarter.

What makes you think there's that much capital to be extracted from the crypto space?

OMISEGO and Air Token it would help crypto to achieve faster adoption cos of their business model, people can buy their coins fast and easily it also can be used in other things.

with 10 millions you are a big whale. you need to buy very slowly if you want buy cheap!

I'd go with BTC, ETH and privacy coins such as Monero, Cloakcoin and PIVX
Also I'd throw some in OmiseGo, Litecoin, Zcash
And some low valued coins: Rise, Monetha, Civic and NEM

That's 12 coins for your portfolio that I'd say are pretty solid.

10 million what, yen? I know people value others advise on bitcointalk but I'd be worried if people are getting investment advice on anything over 1/2 a mil from here lol. Put it this way I doubt they'd have it long :D

But honestly, if this is a serious question then you either have a huuuuuuuuge bank account to dump 10MM into crypto with little to no knowledge... or you're an idiot.  Reading BCT is a great way to gain passive knowledge of crypto and get a general sense of the environment, but if you're really going to put that much money into the market then you should do tons of research first.  Where does Bitcoin's value come from, why is Ethereum the second in marketcap, what does it do differently than Bitcoin, what threats are there to crypto, etc...

The coins that gave the best growth this year were all alts. If you want 10x returns "quick" you either need to be lucky or foolish.

In that kind of money to buy Crypto.
why wont you just franchise some stuff.
so you wont get stressed out in any Crypto currency world.
no need to use to buy . you can make your own business on it.

It would not be wise to invest 10 million dollars in altcoins, because there is not enough liquidity. Even if the currency rises in price, the lack of liquidity would bring you problems when trying to cash out.

Just hire couple of software developers, web designer, couple of marketing people, one well known btctalk (legendary) users to mange your campaign and start your own coin :). With that amount of money you will be able to develop next Monero.

10 Million dollars for real? You've got a lot of coins to buy in the market and just don't stick with one to ten coins.

But if you really want to invest that big in crypto you should understand the risk that you are taking. Invest 50% of it in bitcoin and the remaining 50% will be invested in some other alt coins.

ETH,XMR,LTC, etc. those who are listed in the coinmarketcap.com and not only a pump and dump coin. Look with the road map of the coin you'll trying to invest.

10 million dollar to 100 million dollar?
this is impossible, the market is not that big for you to even bring that kind of money in and forget that kind of profit out of it!

10 million satoshi to 100 million satoshi?
then why not just call it 0.1BTC to 1BTC? of course that is possible and rather easy to do but not with 1 altcoin. you can do it faster and much easier if you start with one and dump it after rise to go to the next.

in any case whatever weird thing you mean by 10 million, know that if you are new to trading, then you will lose your 10 million whatever faster than you can think.

It is obvious that OP doe snot have that big amount to invest beacuse such person would very obviously be having a financial planner and people who would take care of his money. Only thing he used an hyperbole to attract the attention. Just in case some the good coins which I feel would be ZCASH, ETH, Ripples, Dimcoin, Monerao where some of your investments could be in made in this altcoins.

One project I will go for is Rialto, a very good project that seems market is undervaluing, no matter the direction which the market goes, the team makes money and this is the type of project you want to be part of

if you talk about crypto then i will suggest bitcoin, ethereum, rise, bat, dgb, xrp, zcash, xzc, eth classic. there still many coins you can buy with ten million because i think its a big money you can use and diversify for a lot of coins. i think you can buy in lower price because those coins i mention is in a low price right now and if you want to hold for a long time, you can buy it now.

Spread it around in the top 10 or 20 coins and you will go x10 within a few years.

If you already made that much money don't spend it on crypto. 1-2m play money full risk investments in crypto. The rest diversify in safe assets like real estate, bonds, ETF.

not buy with all money, altcoin is not a thing to make profit like that. but with spare a little amount of your money you can invest for long term and get bigger profit than short term

That's a huge amount but if i have that much to invest in crypto,I think i'll go with bitcoin, then eth, then maybe a few on lotecoin and Monero. Maybe 70% of it il invest it in bitcoin then 20% on eth then the rest on ltc and monero. Long term investment on these coins is perfect. .

At present, the top 100 crypto are highly capitalized and if you plan to invest $ 10M it is difficult to make it 100. You can look through ICO projects such as Rivetz, brickblock, change etc. Because projects with low capitalization will bring you big profits

You want coins with enough liquidity to get out, so don't go for the smaller cap coins. Remember 10x isn't that crazy, just have to wait a while. I would say IOTA is a good call.

Lol quite a good point. Most are wealthy and have big retirement funds, but not exactly richy rich. If this is a serious thread, just stick to the bigger players and hodl it out for 2-3 years.

You are expecting to make to 10x of your initial investment "quickly". I don't think it is possible to do so, unless you get very lucky with some shitty scam coin. You can try investing on some of the coins suggested by people above, but don't forget about the risk you will be taking.

I would give my first preference to bitcoins as they are quite profitable.This year it has risen from $900 to $4800 which is huge profit and bitcoins will rise more because of it's increase in demand and it's volatile nature.And then ethereum is also a promising crypto it have potential to suppress bitcoins in future.Like bitcoins ethereum has also risen quite this year,it's technology is also good.
