i understand that i can stick to this forum thread where devs announce new ICOs,
but is there a site that list all THE NEW ICOs and also track the status of them?

i've being long dcouting this site as I ask the owner of this before in this forum to review one of the Upcoming ICO i see last month https://tokentops.com/ico/ you can check out that site and it have transparent review, from road map to whitepaper and some developer. hope that site will help you cause it helps me a lot.... in addition the owner are very active on that site... i forgot where the thread of that person here in the forum.

I would look in the announcement part of this forum, or use websites such as ICOtracker or ICOalert.

icoalert and icocalendar are the ones that i use the most right now, i think those are one of the most trustables sources that are on the internet right now, they give you the exact day of pre-ico , ico , details about the company, and many other things. I really like those sites, i suggest it to all of you if you are looking to invest into a ico. I am going to do it soon, but i can not decide in which one to invest.

Try to Google them. It would be easier for you to do it. There are so many sites offering lists of ongoing and upcoming ICOs. A brief description is also provided as well as the links to their sites. Coinmarketcap.com is also offering a very great presentation of ICOs list.

Echoing what was said above, ICOAlert is good -- they also have a podcast where they interview some of the more high profile ones -- you can keep track of those too because they tend to be hot deals (examples include decentraland, monetha, blockcat).

Icolist, tokenmarket seems become a reliable place for you to get the list of the upcoming icos, but remember not all of the icos already listed on there because there are some projects that on needs to be published that mean they already had the investors or private investors. You must do a manual research for that.

Just check the update or announcements in the altcoins section or Icolist, tokenmarket seems become a good announcement update for you to get the list of the upcoming icos. And always be updated to google also.

As you pointed out correctly the no1 place to find good new upcoming projects is bitcointalk. in addition to this you can refer to tokendata.io
But projects are exposed there after few weeks of getting announced here.

Find and follow some of the crypto people on Twitter.  That is a good source of new ICOs.

You can find a lot of incoming ICO projects on www.coinschedule.com in order of ICO date, but it is more important to see some discussion about these ICO.

Thanks for this- been looking for a good site.  This one is pretty comprehensive and clean compared to others.  I just wish it including the bitcointalk announcement link for the tokens!

In bitcoin talk, there is mail thread with name of marketplace,and open to it and you will see first three option. then open the bounties thread and you will see there different type of thread which is representing the different ico and bounty. at there you can get solution of your question.

icotracker, coinschedule and tokenmarket are best known websites, you can also track new coins in Announcements (Altcoins) but some projects don't open a annoncement thread here though.

You can find new coin in Announcements (Altcoins). Even those coins are not released yet. Coinmarketcap.net is one of the most perfect site for finding new coins too. You can use it for your problem.

reopening the bulletin board will help you find new ico and open it repeatedly, if you see a topic that has not been posted yet you can see it and read the white paper first, and information from your friends is also very valuable, extend your network of friends to expand ico knowledge.

You should have a look at icorating.com. They always review the upcoming ICOs and they give you a lot of information about the token sales. I also found some nice ICOs there and their rating was true ;)

Is there any way to sort the announcement board by the date the thread was started instead of last post? Kind of hard to go through them all looking for new ones
