I would like the icon to be a creative combination of the Bitcoin symbol and a Stock/Share certificate. This Icon will be used for an App Icon for an alternative currency.

I would require that all rights for the logo be assigned to the public-domain and that I be provided with the original photoshop/layered version of the image to collect the bounty. The originals appeared to 'glow' and 'shine' and this variation seems to have lost that.
