To settle a concern raised by a member in our discord with block bonus reward effecting share ratio of miners not lucky enough to have found a block yet.

the concern is that if we are putting miners on to a pool to give a bonus we could be having a negative effect on other miners giving them a lower round/share ratio.

we are a pool made by miners for miners and yes we use our own pools, we have currently approximately 38Ksols of hashing power across our equihash pools.

we will only use our miners that are already on the pool/coin the block bonus was found to give the bonus. that way our miners wont be switching from pool to pool and the only people getting effected with share ratio would be us receiving less shares and the bonus winner receiving more.  the coins pool hash would stay the same ( atleast not changed by us) so every other miners round/share ratio is unaffected.

so in effect, if you find a block, we are giving you one of our own miners for 12 hours that would have been mining on that coin/pool for us regardless.

We are currently load testing our pool using nicehash miners, pool is handling 200Ksols+ so for without issues  :D, please report any problems or slowdown in our discord.

Load test its complete, we are very pleased that our pool, at peak of the test, was easily able to handle a constant 2Msols, we will be running heavier tests in future after the addition af zclassic and zcash.

the test peak lasted around 30minutes and during this time we mined 10 hush blocks 18 total during the entire test of 6 hours. this is a very positive result and ensures our stratum server and network can easily handle load. we have tested and can confirm our standard ZEN vardiff port works fine with nicehash miners and we have added a higher starting diff (2.5) port to be compatable with nicehash for hush, we will also be adding nice hash compatible ports to BTZ and KMD very soon.

so far we have only awarded 1 block bonus on zen, block bonuses still avalible:

we mine on our own pools and use our own miners to pay bonuses :)

wish you had a scrypt pool. i'm here stuck with my antminer l3+ but no eu pool to be found with some honest rates and profits

we have a scrypt pool in the works but we are waiting for upgrades to our line (going to 1gb fiber yay :) ) to get more static ips befor we make it live.

ok guys i have decided we will be changing all our pools from PROP to PPLNT , PPLNT will be set to 1 round at 51% , so miners who mine less than 51% of the time in a round will have their shares reduced proportionately to the time mined and these share will be distributed between our loyal miners,  basically this will stop the unwanted pool hoppers who jump on but never stay long enough to find blocks and scalp coins they dont deserve but it is still a very rewarding system for nicehash miners, PPLNT will be enabled this friday

due to the continued and escalated use of our pool by pool hoppers we have enabled PPLNT early to protect our loyal miners from abuse.

I hate the new website, it doesnt load half the time.  mobile is horrible.  I am losing faith in the reliability in this pool

really? i have no issue loading the page ever, what browser are you using? sorry to hear this i hope to fix it asap, i can assure the page loading has no effect on the stratum mining server

also due to the live updates it does get slow to load / none responsive if you have multiple pages/tabs on the same site please check and just run with one tab per pool subdomain ( ie dash.mining4 / equi.mining4) , we are working to fix this
