Title: Personally I sold
Post by: Lucacrebbe on September 15, 2017, 02:21:46 PM
I had some btc  and I sold them losing a  bit  of money.  It was not  so much, so I prefer to sell. I'll buy back in better times

Because of  the recent events is  possible  btc  will be nomore at 4400 $, so I sold

Which  is  the  bottom line in your opinion?

Yes selling is the right decision . Tomorrow we wake up. We find the price returned to 3000

Do not forget to dump. Today and before

buy at 2000---2200

If you sold your Bitcoins for Monero you did right thing.   If you sold it fro some print from nowhere ICO or a USD or something you might be sorry. All it need to happen is a financial crisis. Monero and Bitcoin will be bulletproof then.

Depending what price you sold it could right now that the market is rallying be looking like a bad decision. But you aren't able to predict the future as are any of us. Personally I'm still a little unclear on the direction of the price of btc in the coming months, how the removal of CNY pairs on the two exchanges will play out I'm not really sure. But what is immediately clear, is there's a little more time to figure things out than perhaps was expected.

Hey, that's okay too. Don't be discouraged by what people will say. There's always a critic for every move, can't please them all. If this was made you comfortable so you can sleep tonight, then you already did the right thing. Maybe you'll be happy if it continues to fall, maybe you'll be sad if it spikes. But as long as this was a decision that was backed by reasoning rather than emotion, no one can fault you for it.

I would like to offer a bid that could be happy on both sides =)

BTC price = $ 2100-2300

Shouldn't have sold, buddy. Should have hodl. BTC has this nasty habit of dropping then surging right past it's ATH like nobody's business. Matter of fact. You should have been accumulating.

Bottom line is maybe $2500 or $3000 if it fall to $2000-$2500 you can buy more bitcoins and your decision will be right. I think also market will fall again this rise lasts one or two days.

Yet another manipulation which will make you a believer at the end. We all know this won't stop even after 6000$. Forget 100$, even 2000$ is very hard. BTC is mainstream now, and those who present themselves as haters actually buying it low at current prices. Money does not have enemies.

The bottom was clearly last night. 2900 was the cheapest we will see from this pull back.

The Chinese forums are full of posts about what overseas exchange to use.

Many are moving to Bittrex. Those who want to get out are now out and those who want to stay will find a way.

China don't have any cards left to play, its up from here.

Bitcoin was below $3000 for less than an hour  and now  at $3800. It is a massive bullish engulfing
hammer candle marking a major bottom in bitcoin and other major cryptos. It is even bigger than at
the July 16th bottom.

I just relax with my BTC here. This is just another yearly China shit, they have done it so often in the last years and everytime we gone up after that shit :D
Look at that huge 1D candle now, the bounce was very nice for now. Lets see how much we can rebounce :) I hope it takes a bit of time before we really lift off again.

Once a group starts selling, the rest will follow
who They bought in 3000 usd  for sure. They will sell and then the price will crash

Those who buy now will lose later

This rise  will give a bigger and bigger dump  than before ......And this is what gives 2000----2500 next price after some days

How long are you in trading? 1 day?  ;D
BTC support was confirmed on extreme high trading volume at 3000 USD with a strong rejection of further dump. Even for a noob this should be clear.

-  Why can you think Bitcoin about $ 500?
Now after falling back to $ 2,600 it has rebounded pretty fast at $ 3,500. I believe in the future of Bitcoin.
-  If you sell bitcoin at the begin of falling and wait for the bottom to buy at $ 2600 then you have made a wise decision!

3000$ was a good support level for bitcoin. A good buyer started to work. That's why he will defend that level if BTC goes there one more time.

Well I'm hoping that it will drop one more time, I knew it was going to drop in 3k and I thought I out my buy order in and I didn't!

In my opinion, selling now bitcoins is a big nonsense. Especially to promise to return to the crypto currency in better times, that is when bitcoin and other crypto currency will again grow. That is, a double loss, the first when selling bitcoin at a low rate and the second - the purchase of crypto currency is already on its rise. Now it is not necessary to succumb to panic and it is necessary to keep the crypto currency, and, if possible, buying it. Then in half an hour you will be with a good profit.

In my opinion, I think selling your bitcoins wasn't such a good move, now its not the time to sell, its actually the right time to buy. Don't forget that bitcoin recently used to reach new all time highs of +$4800 in some exchanges. When you invest in a coin, don't forget that the market is so volatile, prices will crash but finally recoup. You should have been patient and hold.

I stopped looking at BTC/USD rates.

I'm quite used gaining high and losing high if basing in portfolio.

BTC drops but also gets back. BTC dumps and also do alts. During those dumps I bought alts instead with BTC.

I doubt that. If it was to be $500k pr BTC. It would all add up to roughly be equal to 1% of the total global market which includes (Real-estate, Money, Resources, companies, land areas, etc)

And it would be worth more than 10% of all the money in the world.

Bottom line is it is how you will react to the market which determines your moves. You didnt like you were at a loss so you sold. Me personally in that spot (which I have been in multiple

times) I would just HODL. And I say that because as one poster also alluded to BTC has a habit of nasty drops then surging up when you least expect it. In the end, I would say

dont regret your move but try and learn from it so you can make a better move next time around.
