Title: Bitmain wire transfer help
Post by: ItsCrafty on September 15, 2017, 05:06:15 PM
Hello all,
Does anybody have any insight as to what does Choose "PAY ALL FEES" when you wire payment mean?

I tried searching a lot but did not find anything. I think Bitmain wants me to pay the receiving fees for them as well, however they do not mention what that fee is.

It means that you pay both your end bank fees and Bitmain's end bank fees of the payment.

Hi, thanks for the reply, but the confusing part is to know what fees does Bitmain have to pay? I can send additional funds based on that.

When you make a payment abroad, there usually both sender and receiver bank fees involved.
So your bank takes a fee for the payment and also Bitmain's bank takes a fee for that same payment.
Bitmain wants you to pay these both fees.
This has been the case for a long time.
I remember things been the same when I ordered Antminer S2 back in the old days.

Thanks again for the reply. I understand the fee part, may be I was not clear with my question as to how much the fee is.

Thanks and I truly appreciate your help!

Whatever they feel it should be that day.  Sometimes they told me 20, sometimes 25, usually 30 usd.  if you just add 30 should be fine.

Thanks. I just added $30 extra to cover the fees.
