Title: CPU mining and onboard graphics Post by: gt_addict on September 15, 2017, 05:43:30 PM Just a query. I use onboard graphics as I dont have enough hdmi ports on my monitor for my gpu rig and my raspi setup. So use vga for gpu rig.

If system memory is a concern, you'd also want to get into the BIOS and reduce the amount of system RAM allocated for the integrated graphics, if that hasn't already been set to the minimum. It isn't so much the amount of system memory available but that the IGPU competes with the miner for cache space. It doesnt use anymore electricity mining with it so may aswell use it to do something.
But i wouldve thought it would have a better hashrate than it currently has. |
