The message "No block source available" will disappear once you mine your first block.

Go to Help.
Click Debug Window.
This is the console where you will execute all commands.

Type this command to start mining your first block:

setgenerate true -1

If you want to use a specific number of CPU cores, instead of -1, type the number of cores.

You can then type the following to see the status of generation:

getmininginfo

It will take about +/- 10 minutes to mine your first block, depending on your computer hardware.

in web site i see CryptoNight algorithm Scrypt(PoW).
What does it mean?

The wallet can show the message "x hours behind" or "out-of-sync" when no block is found for a couple of hours.

This message will disappear when the next block is found.

The error message "x hours behind" or "out-of-sync" can be triggered when the last block is mined longer ago than your block time.

E.G. Blocktime : 10 minutes, last block found 30 minutes ago.

It puts me synchronizing an hour and sigh remains noi happens does not even give blocks in solitarily

i agree on this one .. but dev has not replied ..

Got the mining working now.

Few questions tho.. Why there is so long blocktimes? Does it not increase the time to confirm the coin sending.
For example if you send coins to exchange and it reguires 6 confirmations, you have to wait at least 60 minutes or more to get acces to your coins.
What is the reason for this?

Picture of your roadmap on website is bit hard to watch.

The linux version does not accept commands from the rpc. Source codes are needed.

The Wallet won't run on my PC for some reason :-\ and yes I am using the windows wallet

Its just usually i get a couple false positives with virustotal but this one is off the charts, 16 detecting negative findings.
