I thin the Dogecoin will have a great future after all bitcoins are mined.
Right now there are better option to chose besides of Doge, is just a matter of time like bitcoins itself imo.
HoDL and wait.

Dogecoin is old coin but this is the good coin. I'm sure this coin will rise up although there have been many new coins from the ICO project. hopefully there is a new breakthrough from dogecoin later.

Dogecoin is falling down at this time as swiftly as ever. They need an idea to awaken doge coin to triumph like a few months ago for a price of 100 sathosi. May there be a bright future against doge At the beginning of the year to be

Next year , china  call next year is dog year
i think they like  dog ,so  Dogecoin will be  best choice, they will buy so many dogecoin , i bought dogecoin with price 79 satoshi and i don't worry  when i invested money to it .

However ,today i see dogecoin 's price is 24 satoshi ,it can be worried for investors short term .

If i have more money , i will buy more dogecoin,  it is crytocurrenty most popular.

Dogecoin was good and very popular, but it seems to me that it's lacking some significant development.
There are many new coins with new technologies, let's call it 2nd generation cryptocurrencies, which are slowly but steadily taking the lead. If Doge wants to survive, the devs would have to come with something new, which would put the coin back to track. There must be constant and significant development and upgrades, otherwise other coins will take over.

It is true that there is no innovation in doge, that there are no news or project... that it does not have a limit in supply. But I have seen it raise one or two times from low prices and still has a good community. It can raise again.

Dogecoin is an very old coin and with money chasing new ideas and new coins, it's very hard to see its coming back. I still have a few left not having high hopes of them for short term,  but if the overall market keep growing there might be a chance to pump one day but dogecoin needs to give a reason to trigger the pump...

ETH has a huge pumping team behind it who have deep pockets and the support of many banksters. there is also the ICos that are pumping it up for free.

LTC also has always moved with bitcoin since it is THE copy of bitcoin and since it also has SegWit on it already.

as far as Doge goes, it offers nothing and it has a huge supply and an ever lasting new coins that are being created without any cap. it has been said a thousand times but it is really a supply and demand issue. and the fact that Doge has nearly 0 usages.

old coin but very cheap coin so this is the fact of Doge coin currently that there is no good inovations from the devs which make this coin expensive again or at least survive at 100 satoshi or above and actually this coin have potential to survive because i admitted Doge is one of the most popular altcoin although the price cheap again but the devs should do more works to makes Doge expensive again

As you can see in all-time chart DOGE repeats its pumps, it does it in a cycle. I think we are still seeing some bleeding on DOGE, especially if BTC keeps bulling through everything.
I will be setting few buy orders around 17-20 sats and would target minimum 100% gains.

What I see is people selling their DOGE because so much opportunity is out there. Doge may never pump like before again.

I have same answer like you. Dogecoin will be falling deeper than now and it would be worth around 1-2 sats in the future. This coin doesn't has any good future or will be growing more than now. Dogecoin still lucky didn't got delisted from poloniex.

Because a lot of people already realized that the doge coin seems to be the crap coin and i think the pumpers are not interesting to pump the price of dogecoin again. it will be falling as fast as possible because a lot of people are moving towards another token

I really think Dogecoin is just one of those coins that are created at first to make fun of some coins and of course when some found out how old this coin was and think this coin might have a future and would buy this coin, hoping that because it is old already there might be some time or someday this coin might pump up just like Ethereum.

I believe the coin has a great potential, but it needs a stronger support from community and more commitment from devs for new features.

Yes, it has its own benefits. Doge coins are fast to exchange, has low transaction fees and are pretty advantageous to gamblers who like to start with low base bets. A lot of my friends have shifted to doge coins for the reason. Bitcoins, with such a volatile price is not worth the risk while Gambling. Doge coin, on the other hand is fixed to a certain price. Besides, the price range always seems to vary from 15 sat to 40sat per doge. I guess, a small increase can be really profitable to bulky investors.
Doge coin and Litecoin are two such altcoins which won't go down fast.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news. Im sorry, as far as I am concerned i dont think doge will ever rise to the level of ethereum or litecoin. First do a bit of research on how the coin started, and what its use cases are. For the most part doge is for tipping, so ideally it should always be low in price. Secondly there is lack of developer interest in this coin. It was even removed from the exodus wallet for that reason.

I Agreed Doge will not ever by an ethereum, thats not its purpose.

But Doge is one of those coins that everyone always doesnt understand, why its still there! It should really not exist, but it captured peoples attention early on in the craze and every few months people proclaim it dead but it keeps going.  Part of its attraction (just look at its website!) is it doesnt take itself too seriously, it doesnt tell us its going to solve world hunger or revolutionise the way we pay for macdonalds, or make a million other false promises , it just is!

I think doge coin is a good coin and a very popular coin with a great community. However, you shouldn't invest in it hoping to benefit from your investment especially if you are investing for short term. Imagine a coin trading at less than 50 satoshis and tell me when it will reach $1. You should just invest in it for fun, it is having too much supply that is one of the reasons why its value will never go up. Hopefully if you hold for long term it might end up reaching $1, probably after 10years or so.

If you look at the way this is set up, it's like the developer wanted it to be near worthless forever.  I guess it was supposed to be fun and something people give to eachother in forums as "tips" ... It may always be around in that roll, but I don't see it going anywhere.  In fact, at one time it was the #2 currency IIRC, but now it's dropped to #53 at coin market cap.  It keeps fading.  It's got it place, but it's not a good investment, IMO.

Leave this being dead coin if you don't have a loss on it. Dogecoin has not any development for for years, we even don't know if there are still any devs are working for it. Maybe that's why it can not be pumped with other coins, but bumped.

Aftr reading all the comments learned it's Satoshi Nakamoto's fault for not doing anything about it's development. Also another reason people's attention diverted to some other currencies. So tto go up it requires both dev sided and user sided push.

Actually if you just read the most recent news about Dogecoin, then you will see a few things since November last year. The most important was the introduction of the old and new developers who committed to giving it a new update. Litecoin and Dogecoin anyway are somehow linked, as Litecoin provides security to the Dogecoin network, so I know that it won't let this old altcoin die. Wait for January!

As the price of bitcoin rises the role of dogecoin can become more and more significant cause of the total supply of this coin, and limitied decimals of bitcoin. This is becoming an issue even now, so in longrun I see future for it. Cheers

what project do you have any references? as i seen that this coin only got some movements when btc rises up, because of its low fee that's why
its been used by some gamblers and some people who's taking some arbitrage trade between exchange to another exchange, don't see any value
after that though.

The market isn't really interested in "projects", haven't you worked that out yet?

The key to coins that are pumped is whether they are easy for the pumpers to accumulate in advance, and doge fits that bill.

This is a shitcoin. Don't even think about buying it. You'll regret it in the end. In the long years of it's existence i have not seen any progress about this project. Developers are lacking of hardwork and i think they've abandoned the project. I don't see any updates about this coin. I've been holding it for months. Doesn't get decent profit from it. Doge just surpassed by young and useful altcoins in the market. Doge is just a pump and dump coin to me. I don't understand why other exchanges are not delisting this coin. There's no future on holding it.

If you invest in dogecoin then you never know how long you need to hold the coin and there is no guarantee that its price will rise in future and its price is going continuously low so its very hard to trust it for making an long term investment.
