Only blockchain driver solves the dag issue cause gaming drivers are different. So forget about gaming drivers with ethash.

Official blockchain drivers work only with win10.
With win7 and win8.1 you need robinhood beta blockchain drivers.
And yes, it will not work with rx vega, only with previous amd gpus.

it can be tricky on win 8.1

I had to use amd device uninstaller then use DDU to uninstall and the robinhood drivers install without a problem. 
The reason you use the amd uninstaller is because if you don't DDU will show up as a blank screen.

Then Pixel patcher and After burner beta 16..you'll be under volting and working perfect.
