No one would flag you for buying and using one. But you are taking the disguise of something you are not. And you become what you never were. P.S. can be problematic if you didn't researched the past of the account like trust and behavior. Purchasing any ranked member is not an issue as its completely legal according to bitcointalk terms and conditions, but you need to do due diligence from your end. I would suggest before purchasing to consult folks on the bitcointalk. Also, may be you can do transactions through escrow so that you won't lose money easily.
