Forget Localbitcoins then. That's like 56 million dirhams. Nearly 15 million USD cash. You can't be serious. I would definitely recommend sourcing the coins from an exchange... unless you want to move those 56m AED without using banking channels (for whatever reason and I won't even ask or probe further).
