I've been recently having issues logging on my BitGo wallet. I type the correct details and so on, but when it comes to 2FA, it won't accept any of the codes that my app shows (Google Authenticator). I can't find any way to fix it yet. If I end up locked out of my wallet, will I be able to retrieve its funds with the private keys? With this situation, only the Bitgo team can help you, you have to contact them asap with the issue of 2fa that doesn't work. And this are the cons when using webwallets, not fully controlled of your private keys will really cause you trouble. |
