IMO the site is a scammer site: - every link opens in a new window. If the owner don't even know how to do HTML pages, I doubt he will know how to do some system to manipulate bitcoins. - rules are obscure, i really didn't understand this mix of lottery and dice game. - amounts lower than the minimum will be treated as donation. so, if I sent an amount lower than 8 BTC to the 1% address I won't receive it back.
