Your best bet would be to buy btc from an exchange like cex.io which accepts deposit via credit cards.

Also do not use them there is a lot of complaints about them in regards to deposit and withdrawal perhaps soon the next mtgox.
Personally i would avoid them.

Not happening. A scam in the making.

The fact that you don't have a specific choice (BTC, ETH or LTC) seems like you just want to use this card account to get any kind of coin which hints on a phished account.

Even if the card were legitimate and belongs to you, the risk of a chargeback is high and real. You can chargeback the $10,000 within 180 days from date of payment. Reverse the buyer/seller role and put yourself in the position of the person taking such a risk. What would you think? Would you be willing to send your coins for a high risk reversible payment method?

Other red flags are your new account with no history of successful trades on this platform and the amount proposed. $10k is an astronomical amount to lose.

I advise everyone to not do this trade.
