HI all,

first of all i am noob here ...just 2 month old in crypto though hearing it btc from 2010....so finally i come up with my 1 yr portfolio

A)  BTC, LT ==> 25%
B) OMG,ARK,LISK, WAVES, NEM,ARDOR ==> 10% each
C) ICO's  ==> 10%
D) 2-3 some shit coins market cap  < 1 mil  ==> 5%

 i want to hold it for a year...i know its hard to predict but i am expecting 3-5X . do you guys think its reasonable ? or any changes/suggestion pl advise

Coins that you picked has a potential to 3 to 5 times. good strategy but since you will be picking shitcoins for 5% I suggest you to play it for trading and not holding it for 1year.

thank you....also my for option C, i am buying ETH for now...as and when i like ico i put on them....yes those 5% shit coins i will keep it for couple of months or 3x profit....which ever comes first. i am lookign for some app for portfolio . any suggestions on good coins which are under few mil market cap

Total of your portfolio is just 50%, where is other 50%?

IMO you should add some VTC to the list B. They got active devs and lightning network with LTC coming soon.

my B had 6 coins each have 10%...i.e my B is 60 %.....i am will read about VTC....thanks for suggestion.

I think I listed exactly what's special about it. I don't think you can find many coins with this low of a marketcap with an active dev and community. The dev has done a great job already, and will continue to do so. Should be even easier with the new Slack channel.

By the time ACOIN doesn't have "low volume" you will have already missed out on huge gains. That's just how it works.

It will be very hard for those tokens that already worth a lot such as the OMG, lisk, waves or even ark. And i think you should be thought to move again some of your parts in the coin that had low market capitalization. A year will not enough to make the price worth a lot in the future.

There are better coins you can pick for 10% each portfolio. Ardor is just a copy of nxt, I would only choose lisk and nem among them.

usually how many coins ppl hold?

is it good idea to split my option B in to add more coins ..like current 6 to 10 or 12 ..that makes 5% each....but i am thinking fallowing the updates would be tough.....usually a reasonable portfolio had how many coins in them ? i know there is no rule as such....but trying to understand what would be avg...

Portofolio i would recommend for you for one year are :

1. Bitcoin : it will goes h8gher and higher...
2. Ethereum : it will enter POS phase
3. Waves : Decentralized exchanges will used by everyone in crypto, very large community, development is in the right track.
4. Ark : i like the concept of smart bridging.
5. Cindicator : you need to buy this if you also a day trader.
6. Atlant : the ICO which get not too much fund will males 10-20× price againts dollar ( base on data i got )

I think waves, lisk and ark are good picks to hold them for more than one year. Theyre going to see some nice uptrend in the future!
I would also recommend ARDR. Theyre going to be like ETH in the future and its very cheap now, you should have a look at it

I like verge coin, monero, waves, and of course etherium!

Bridge type coins like Ark are gonna pick up in the future for sure but it's a big patience game. If you can invest for a year and not worry you should be good but if you constantly worry about it, I don't know how much you will benefit

I think the chosen list of coins has huge potential in the market but it is not possible how the market is going to after 1 years because it might increase within a month or might drop after 1 year. You have to focus on the market every day because within next minute the price may increase.

All I would say is split between BTC and some of the top-end alts, and then use the rest for trading to dip in and out of various alts depending on news on specific projects. But trading needs some skill so if you do this then try small amounts first.

Your portfolio was good.  if you hold it for long term. i think you will make huge profit.   if you can research about some huge volatile coin, than i think you can make profit in day trading.

I think your portfolio is safely good. I don't expect huge returns by the way. You place pretty much safe bets on huge altcoins and they will probably be profitable in the long run. 3x is quite likely to happen as I believe.

You picked up very potential and long term coin, in my opinion. About me, As a ETH lover basically  iit's number one in my portfolio right now. It's a long-term hold for sure. Guessing 1 years before it takes off.

You should add some STRAT and WAVES to your portfolio! They are a really good investment for one year, they both have nice devs and a great team behind the project. My orders are already filled and I can relax now :D Or maybe I am going to watch out for some nice shitcoins :D

For me STRAT was one of the worst investments.
Everybody hypes this project but its always just going down.

I signed up to 1Broker and found Snortex. As far as i understand, i deposit BTC there and value for each trade(0.01BTC for each trade set to 10 meaning 0.1BTC) and wait for him to trade. In the end, depending on the loss or profit, my BTC acc gets more or less. Is it like that?

That plan is good as any. You've got some strong contenders on there and I'm personally watching most of those. To see where they are in one year will be very interesting. I must ask though. Why dedicate any of your portfolio towards Shitcoins? Unless you are misinformed about what a shitcoin is. The chance of the value increasing is nearly 0. They are called shitcoins because they are shit. That's just my opinion though.

Look into masternode coins with an ROI - they reduce the risk of holding the coin because in the end you have more of them. Even if the price goes down unless something drastic happens you should be able to generate the difference to what you paid initially.  

Also, these coins less likely to experience big selloffs because of the locked up capital.

I think your portfolio is very good.
The only thing is that I would also take a look at anon coins if I were you. Anonymity will be sth. very rare in the future.

For masternode investing need take all risk of currency. So I prefer cheap and affordable masternodes below of 1000 USD.

As good alternative of masternodes I consider POW/POS coins. Soon it will be Ethereum (POS).

BTC and LTC are very safe bets that is going to cut down the potential to multiply your earnings many times over, I think the the coin with the biggest potential is waves to me it seems to be undervalued and you have invested in some shit coins as well, that could help you or hinder you but do not hold for a year, keep a close eye in those coins and sell when you need it.
