Few days later i will become a Full member. I am interested in becoming a bounty campaign manager. For the first time,  I would like to do some mini job. What i needed to do? Can anyone help me?

Bounty managers today will only manage participants getting into a campaign unlike before when there was no bounty portal yet. Becoming a reputable manager could be difficult if you don't have a previous experience. If its easy I would have been one of them already. But good luck becoming one though.

Campaign managers help to prevent spam on this forum, if you as the manager is a spammer then you don't fit on that position better to improve your postings activity and forget becoming a campaign manager and that's the better advice I  can give you.

You need to established yourself as a long standing presence here first. Do some trades, participate as a user in sig campaigns yourself.

There seem to be a lot of new campaigns around run by relative noobs, mainly ICOs and alts, so you could hustle in the alt section. It seems like a large amount of work to me.

I am not a campaign manager, but I have managed several things, you may not have experience and I also have no experience, but everything in this life has a starting point, nobody is born with knowledge.

Becoming Full Member actually does not guarantee you anything. Trust and reputation is one of the key parameters that will take you way ahead in life on this forum and outside as well. Firstly create a new thread and fill in your description about yourself , why would you like to become one, your experience if any or provided any kid of service on forum etc. This will give some rough idea about yourself and another thing you can do is provide the first service  of managing the campaign for free so that you also gain some experience and will get feedback also from members about your pros and cons. This will go a long way .

To become a bounty manager you need two things. First is you should have a good command in English. Then only you can check the post qualities of signature campaign applicants. The next thing what you need to have is internet and spare time. Because  managing a campaign consumes a lot of time. You should daily check and count the post made by campaign members to update the spreadsheet. If you have these two things then you can definitely become a campaign manager.

 if you want to become Campaign manager then you must know what are the rules of running campaign to avoid spammers members and also bad feedback from the crowds . so i suggest to learn first before running campaign cause sometimes high rank members gives red trust if they notice that the campaign mAnager didn't know how to handle or to run a campaign .

Having this kind of motivation on becoming a bounty manager isn't really bad at all but first things first you should really be knowledgeable on some things which are commonly needed to handle a bounty campaign.You should know how to handle people,knowledgeable on excel and other social media stuffs and lots of more.This position is really hard but would really have a good when it comes to payment.

I think you should be more familiar with cryptocurrencies  because you never know if you are promoting a scam. You should have an escrow. You need to have the skills on utilizing the spreadsheet. I hope that helps.

If that is what you wanted then be sure you are in for serious business because there are a lot of competitors that have even established themselves up to the point that even prospective participants are the one recommending them, you have no other option than to force your way in couple with your low rank.

What you need need to do, is to be ready to PM every projects coming in asking for a chance to manage something maybe their Twitter or Facebook from there you can graduate it further. Some will ignore you, some will give you the chance.

First join with a campaign manager as assistant and then start your own campaign management. Always use escruw funds, else you will get bad name here, since so many are leading scams of ICO's.

I agree there were lots of scam ICO's and they were just promoting so called promising campaigns but if you really wanted to manage a campaign you need to be actively a part of more campaigns or join existing campaigns and gain good trust from managers who ran most successful campaigns. You can apply first but make sure you pm the owner of the campaign so that there's a proper negotiations about the project.

The first thing is you need to build your reputation, and then you need to make thread to let people know that you searching for manager job, tell them what is your speciality, the key point is to make them believe you that you have the capability of managing the campaign, and maybe you can give free service for a few weeks to build your reputation and becoming manager is not an easy job, just prepare yourself mentally

To become a bounty campaign manager, you need to be very active in fulfilling your responsibility as an campaign manager, you need to check the participant quality of work seriously before approving their work for payment, it would be better for you to build some trust on this forum before applying to become a campaign manager.

Building trust does really matter on this forum and before you would able to be a trusted member on this forum you would really do things that community would able to saw. Building trust isn't really an easy stuff and does really require too much time on building it and once you got already that trust then community might consider you and this is the best time for you to handle some projects and you should do the best as you can with excellence so that on next project they would able to recommend you.

There is no such requirements all you need is to apply at some project as soon as you continued having project they will eventually come to you instead, all you need is to apply at certain project that will accept you as a manager, its hard though since there are lots of managers that has experience already.

You need a good track record and experience so that altcoin devs or site owner will trust you to run there signature campaigns but since your a newbie maybe try to learn for those campaign managers who existed on here and try to find some good ideas on what they are doing,what are the critical things they do and also what are the downside of becoming a campaign manager.

Being a campaign manager is a hard and tough job. You always need to check every participant status and their inquiries so you can become a good and effective manager. You don't need to have the skill to become a leader or whatsoever, just prove them that you should be trusted and you are reliable just by doing your job properly.

There are couple of things which any owner or the coin and participant would look in the campaign manager should have contributed to the board and should have being on trustworthy not for many of them. Becoming campaign manager is a very tough job and now there is heavy competition for managing the campaign. Many owners will look for experienced campaign managers because they can easily do the job because with the experience they have. So you need to learn many things how they are managing the campaign and once you get experience automatically they will approach you.

It's not a tough job. It's difficult to get the job because of competition. In other words there's more people available to do it than the campaigns, but it could change if Bitcoin keeps getting more popular. THere will be many new startups and some will want to advertise through a campaign.
The job is quite easy, you just need the basics of forum management. In many campaigns you don't even need to manage the money since the escrow does that, you just handle people.

This is just my opinion, - first you should active in this forum -second, trust-able person, with buy trust you will get free red trust, wanna try ?

I've been asked by that too by a member here in the forum and I agreed that I could be a bounty manager even though I'm just a newbie for that kind of job then I get the job. But as I go along to the process it was really hard for me to do that job especially I am lazy person. That's why I salute those bounty campaign manager here in forum for that kind especially to those that really transparent about that job. I will tell you it's not that you think it is easy. It is easier said than done mate.

You need many things to become a successful bounty manager. Firstly you need to be active online for so many hours daily to check the participants and their posts, you need also some skills like creating good spreadsheets. Also you need to be trustworthy and not having negative feedbacks. Lastly you need some knowledge about crypto, successful ICOs and so on.

So you became a full member now. First that we need to know what came to your mind that you want to become a bounty campaign manager? Do you have what it takes to be a good campaign manager?

The job isn't as easy as you are thinking, you need to be dedicated for the job you are wishing to get in. But if you have some related skills about management, try it and see for yourself if you can do the job.

If the campaign is only paying with btc surely it would not be hard to run this campaign up since we are only focusing on one campaign only and its not so hassle to count those valid and invalid post up since we can easily determine it as spam but what if the whole bounty campaign which consist of twitter,facebook,translation,reddit,blog, and anyother more?? I think you will earn lot of headaches each week for counting all of that task.
