which one is a good invest till Xmas?

Both are good coins but I think lisk may be a little bit better than ark but ark's roadmap also looks very good. I think ark may be better for 6-12 months investment.

Lisk is getting rebranded soon, that could be a potential upside in the short term for sure. Lisk maybe

We know what happens on rebrandings, pure hype. Maybe you can go Lisk fo "short" and, with that income, go for ARK for in 2018, as others in this thread stated.

Ark : has a smart bridging technology which make it great and the only one coin with that technology for now.
Lisk : full support for java project. Has been long time in crypto compare to ark.

You decide it by your self which one ia good for you...


If i am you i will devide my investment 60% ark, 40% lisk..both is good project..

I hope both coins will gain more value as months pass by. But between the two, at least as the current performance is concerned, I would choose LISK. ARK is yet to really develop itself as to its vision. LISK has been here already and performed its best. Look at LISK's growth in terms of value and you will know why.

I would vote for Lisk because of its roadmap but Ark seems also to be an promising coin. Why not split the money and invest in both for diversification? But if I really had to decide between the two I would take Lisk because of its full support for Java projects.

lisk will faced with rebrand, so catch it before its too late

i will choose neither, instead, i prefer Asch in the sidechain technology, the development of Asch is ahead of ARK and Lisk, for there is already two DAPP developed based on Asch, and i can hardly see any progress in both ARK and Lisk

ARK because that was having less supply than lisk token which it can be considered as a good reason or factor to invest in there, Lisk have a lot of supply and that will be increase as the miners are dump it to get a money to keep their nodes running. ARK will be a good choice for you honestly.

It is hard to decide. Both are good. But after meeting Lisk's CEO I had a good talk and they have some bright things planned in the future.

I would choose Ark over Lisk. Lisk was staying doing nearly nothing for long long years. Rebrand is nothing but gas. I think lisk is still potentially okay investment but not better than Ark.

if you asked till to next year i say LISK but you are saying till to xmas so this is ARK.

why not buy both? if you have a good amount of btc in your wallet and you find a good price, just buy both.
I don't know which coin could be the best for xmas... and is not easy to tell with just 2 alts as choice :( there are too many factors.

Divide you money into both. Nobody knows which of these will go up more so better to
cover all the angles.

It's hard to choose which to invest in these two. But these coins are quite good and it has a potential coins. So to invest I will choose ark and lisk. Though we could not predict the price as may seems in these coins but I believe I can earn profit in ark and lisk.

I like both, Lisk and Ark could win in the same sector.

All the same, clones of each other and of other codes, Lisk however is original and has some good ideas for the future, unfortunately that's all for now that we can expect, waiting to see what happens in their future like present time is never the future of our past. Lisk uses Java which has 3 Billion devices worldwide using the same language, so there is a great potential if the world ever needed a decentralized Java programming platform.

Lisk may have a price jump.
People will realize its potential and its specs/ability.

I think LISK is more mature, have a good team and huge funding (plus a good company structure and organisation).  Ark looks promising.  I'm holding both, but I think Lisk have a head start on Ark at the moment, and there's a lot to come in the next few months.

I am more optimistic to hold Lisk than ark. Because, i know this coin longer and more convincing to provide a commensurate advantage for my efforts for holding it.

This type of question should never be tolerated by lots of people. Although the intentions are good because they want to help. It is really doing the other way around. It is making newbies dependent on other people's advices with everything they do instead of doing their own research. Which is a bad thing because it can lead to making wrong decisions and getting scammed. They should learn to be cautious with everyone because you can never trust someone you barely even know. Let alone people on the internet.

So to you op, please. Do not be like others. I have experienced failing because of relying too much on other people's advices and let them decide about things that i alone would carry the consequences rather than doing my own research and trusting myself. Do not make the same mistake op.

Both of this altcoins have seen potential to success in the following days, for me it's better to invest on both coins because their price in the market have a good movement. I'm just trying to invest in this altcoins and I also make an experiment if this Ark raising up much Lisk or vise versa.

If you want to lose, just buy both, because both altcoin is just waiting for the price down only.
You should buy coins that do not yet have an increase in price. It is not good to buy coins that are already on the moon

however are no the best choices for sure, and i dont hold any of them

This is only my personal opinion - But i think that ARK still has some good growth and profits ahead... There's a big amount of backround dev happening with them and I think that they are one of the more usable cases of products/coins out there.

ark is better because the price is cheaper and the marketcap is also lower, The team is good and i think they are better than the Lisk team

Both are fine bot the time for now is good to buy some ARK and if you have LISK time to sell for it.
IF you are looking for long time run choose also ARK and keep it for a while..

My thoughts as well.  I think 2018 will be a good year for ARK.

ARK is 2nd 3rd biggest in my portfolio because of this belief.  I also hold some LISK but not nearly as much.

As many said though, both are good and stable compared to many alts out now.

I actually haven't bought any ARK yet (sadly) but depending on the price, I will definitely be buying next week once I get some money in from a job that I did recently...

Personally, I think Rise has a potential although lisk and rise have similarities but I still go for rise.. I like the platform and base on my research, all in all RISE is great!!! I heard Rise is more profitable to stake than ark.. Also, much more room for price growth. Reasons to invest in RISE: Blockchain Incubator, Mobile app store, fast and easy to use wallet, staking, low market cap.

I only invest in Ark and just a little bit on LISK so it does not count as investment. I think LISK roadmap is very good and the team is great, but I prefer Ark because I joined them in the ICO phase and I support it until today. Ark has a smaller market than Lisk, so he still has plenty of room to grow and the Ark team is very active on Slack.

I prefer to invest in ARKs because it is worth less than LISK. LISK is expensive, so it will pump more difficult ARK is at the bottom of the chart that I see. Now ARK is at the support level, investing in it is now great, I will also buy it now.

I have small amounts of ark and lisk. I think both are nice to have in my portfolio because I see the coins as a long distance investment. I don't panic, I hold and at the end they both will be valuable.

Lisk recently pumped in bad ways. to my opinion ark's potential is higher! because its cheaper & the marketcap is also lower.
anyway It's hard to choose between these two. But these coins are quite good and it has a potential coins. Although we could not predict the Future, but My desire goes to ark.

Lisk is a very interesting token when you look at it for usage... JAVA is a good to learn language and LISK can use it for tech so its a quiet interesting token in value sight

First off, I rate all these numerous 'Ark is cheaper' opinions as BS as the money supply differs. You may make an estimations from current m'cap positions but don't forget Ark is messing around #50 spot like 1/2 of a year or more, rather loosing positions due to newborn promising VEN, ICX, Tron type projects (soon to be displaced by more, like QSP, ELF, Ethos...) than actually GOING UP, totally outta momentum!

Second, Ark is likely to have a paid shillers here at BCT or just old investing 'dinosaurs' keep shilling Ark for free hoping to catch some rook's (who barely buy an 'old' half-forgotten #50 ranked coins) attention, reasons:
- There is like 5 threads on page 1 today which pretty much contrasts with other soc platforms (FB, Reddit, Steem, Telegram, Twitter) where Ark gets zero to none attention when compared with currently "hot" projects (some mentioned above)
- There is a dumb fella with Ark logo in his avatar purely shilling Ark here no matter what the shot is

Long story shot, I've never invested in Ark, though I considered to do so; I invested in Lisk multiple times, and I just might to buy more as rebrand (18-02-20) is yet to come, announcing pretty much all news in one day in Berlin I think.

From this two coins, Lisk is just solid, credible and relatively safe-to-invest project, which is enough when compared to Ark.

Neither I would say. I don't think that any of the two has potential to rise any further, especially after the recent bleeding altcoins had. Perhaps the truth with alts that all new crypto investors need to accept is that they will fall pin price for sure in the recent time after the market starts being bearish once again.

I would always prefer Lisk over ARK.

LISK is one of the most legit crypto currency projects in crypto space.

The dev is accompaning the project with a lot of passion.

Most people already said it and it's really not a secret. Lisk definitely has a much higher potential, thus higher possible profits.

From an investment standpoint (don't really know much about technological aspect), I would say LISK. LISK has a huge rebranding coming up in february, which i think will lead to an increase in price. I don't think there are many developments in the near future for ARK.

LISK would be better this year. After years of slow development they are finally releasing a working product next month so really this is the last chance to jump in the boat before the price hikes up. If it does what it says on the tin, they will have a product similar to NEO with the same rebranding tactic. Demand for lisk will rise this year - all eyes are waiting to see if they actually deliver next month (Feb) ::)

As I said, both are good but I chose ARK.   I am not paid by anyone but I may fall under the "dinosaur" group though I am only into crypto for 7 months.

True, I made more money on TRON & EMC2 (both now all sold), VEN, ICX, QSP, ELF, NEO, RPX, KNC, NEBL, REQ, etc. per dollar invested but my belief on ARK doesn't change.  It is also true that I may be mistaken but we will see in the next few months :)

I still waiting for lisk SDK but it has not been released yet. But honestly ark has a better idea rather than lisk project. to develop cross bridge platform looks very good idea but it seems to be an impossible thing.
remember ark is lisk asset and then it should be on the second place after lisk coin. but lisk is not legit anymore caused by there is a lot of inflation.

Absolutely Lisk. Espescially now with the release of the SDK soon. If it really works how they want it to work this will be huge.
It enables programmers to write Javascript based blockchain applications. I think most people don't get yet how big this could be. Basically a gate to mainstream real life adoption of the blockchain. No more Solidity (programming language) needed, just easy to write JavaScript code which every programmers knows.

But I also like Ark. Still prefer Lisk big time.
