Title: Mining Siacoin (SC) only
Post by: onlinehandelen on September 18, 2017, 12:59:54 PM
Hello all,

For personal reasons I wish to mine Siacoin. Preferably just Siacoin instead of dual eth+sc if this provides a lot more Siacoin (or is this like, insanely stupid?) I have downloaden Marlin and everything outlined on Siamining dot com yet when I start the miner it shuts off in a few miliseconds. Obviously I am doing something wrong. Can anyone tell me how to get Siacoin only miner working or if eth+sc is better, how to setup that? Nicehash payments are very low nowadays.

try claymore dual 10.0 with -dcri 1000, this maximizes focus for 2nd coin

hi greg, what do you mean with -dcri 1000? I only see memory, power usage etc (afterburner)? Claymore dual downloading now.

You put the -dcri 1000 in the bat file along with all the other information to get claymore to run.

it's a miner switch, read manual

like this:

EthDcrMiner64.exe -mode 0 -dcri 1000 -epool ubiq.cc:3030 -ewal user -epsw x -mport 0 -dbg -1 -allcoins 1 -allpools 1 -esm 3 -dcoin dcr -dpool dcr.cc:3252 -dwal user -dpsw x
