That happens at 30 activity. That happens in roughly a months time if I read the newbie before posting section correct. The newbie restriction is actually important, as it prevents bots and such from posting unlimited numbers of spam threads and posts. This place would become a hotbed for spam if that one little rule didn't exist. The mods can barely keep up with the usual number of shit posts.
